Here’s a couple reasons why this is my favorite time of the year to grow!! When the summer heat leaves us it allows my space to flourish with a lotttt of different varieties of mushrooms! Some do well in the summer heat but most mushies like to be around 50-70 degrees. I can’t wait for you all to see what’s to come!!! We’re open Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays from 12-6 and Saturdays from 10-4! We are also back to regularly stocking our nutritious microgreens so stop in and treat yourself to some better health!!! This week the farm shop will be open on Tuesday and Thursday from 12-6, we will be CLOSED on Friday and Saturday this week only! Buttttt, we will also be at Edgewood park farmers market in New Haven on Sunday from 10-1!

I’m very excited that the temperatures have dropped, this is my favorite time of year to grow mushrooms, they grow slower but retain a lot of their darker colors so they become very vibrant!!! The 3 kings are back in rotation!!! 😁 I wait all year for these fungis!! King blue, king trumpet, and black pearl king! All meaty mushies and so many ways to enjoy them!! Chestnuts are also back in rotation, I know a lot of you have been missing them!!! Thank you everyone for your continued support in this dream come true off mine. Nothing makes me happier than hearing all of your love for these mushies!!! Big things are on the horizon for next year! I’ll be sharing that info soon! Stay tuned fungi fam! Mush love 💕
