Foraging, cultivating, and cooking everything fungi!

One of the reasons I wanted to share my mushrooms with the community was not just because they are delicious and truly uhmazing to add to anyone’s diet, but I went down the rabbit hole of learning how our food is actually getting to our tables.
From the use of preservatives, fungicides, insecticides, and many other ‘sides of the food industry, I had learned enough to know the only way to truly get the nutrition we need and can trust is to grow it ourselves!
Even the use of plastics to prevent molding along with shipping costs from being shipped all over the world, causing pollution and toxic fumes into the environment from processing and shipping….ughh
These are just some of the reasons why shopping local is so important, your not only getting the freshest high quality ingredients grown from your local area, your helping the environment and all of us small farmers who are trying to make a difference. So please help us move the needle from the big box stores to the small guys so we can have more quality instead of quantity, and please support your local farms!! We need you!! Mush love 💕 🤟
