Full Board Stall Available 1 August 2023 $600
Are you looking for a home for your retired horse - look no further. Stand Fast is a small family run farm that ensures your retiree gets the care they deserve. Full stall board includes:
1. 12x12 padded stall with water and feed buckets,
2. shavings,
3. grain, hay, or soaked alfalfa, haylege
4. wormer,
5. flyspray and putting on fly masks and sheets as required
6. blanketing,
7. medications and supplements administered,
8. turnout (in 20 acres of lush pasture).
Stalls are cleaned daily. During the summer we have overhead fans, box fans and aisle fans to keep the horses cool and comfortable. Your animals interact with the barn team 3 times per day to ensure everyone is happy and healthy.
We have:
a dry lot if necessary for health issues ,run-in sheds, and
trails and a grass riding ring if you want to ride. Wash stall with hot and cold water and heat lamps to bathe your boy year-round.
We have a regular vet, equine dentist and farrier that support the barn as well. We integrate your horse into the herd slowly to ensure a successful outcome.
