IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
Comb & Collar family,
Beginning on Friday, July 26th, Comb & Collar will have a cancellation/reschedule policy. Any appointment scheduled on or after this date will be subject to this policy. We will now require a card on file for all future appointments. This info can be inputted via the online booking website when you make an appointment.
Unfortunately, there have been a large number of last-minute cancellations and reschedules as of late. Please know that I understand things happen, and that there are certain unforeseen circumstances in which this situation cannot be avoided. This policy will be implemented at my own discretion, and the circumstances surrounding the situation will be considered.
Your appointment is valued time that has been set aside for you and only you. It is also time that, when an appointment is cancelled last minute, is wasted and can no longer be filled that quickly. If you must miss or reschedule last minute, please give a courtesy call/leave a voicemail.
I absolutely adore every single one of my fur clients and pet parents, and I am so lucky to have such an amazing and supportive group of people surrounding my business. It is my goal to provide you and your pets with the best service for as long as possible.
