Woof! Woof!
Hi there, I'm Sheila, a 1 1/2-year-old German Shepherd mix, and I'm on the lookout for my forever home! 🐾
I was found wandering the streets of Yuma, Arizona, and ended up at the pound as a stray. But now, I'm ready to find a loving family to call my own. I'm spayed, up-to-date on all my vaccinations, and even microchipped, so I'm all set to go!
I'm a friendly girl who loves people and gets along well with other dogs. I share my kennel with another female dog, and we have a great time together. However, I'm not sure how I feel about cats just yet. At around 50-55 pounds, I'm the perfect size for cuddles and adventures.
Christmas is just around the corner, and I can't wait to spend it with my new family. If you're looking for a loyal and loving companion, I'm your girl! Please email [email protected] to set up an appointment to meet me. Let's make this holiday season extra special together!
Paws and kisses, Sheila 🐶❤️
You don't see this breed come into rescue too often but we took in a older adult female bull terrier named Honey. She is about 35 pounds, so not very big, she is probably 7 to 8 years old, really sweet with people. We haven't had her long enough to figure out how she is with other dogs yet. Looks like life has been a little rough on her lately, she has callouses on her elbows which is usually from sleeping on hard surfaces, her toe nails need some attention as they are way to long which is usually from being an indoor dog that doesn't get regular walks to wear them down, and her face is a little crusty so she likely was getting much attention for her health. But she is desperate to be with people so with a little care she will be an awesome new member of the family. If you are interested in meeting her please e-mail us at [email protected]. I will get more pictures of her soon and in a couple of days after she settles in we'll see how she does with other dogs.
