Hi there!
My name is Jonesy, and I’m on a mission to find my forever home. Let me tell you a little bit about myself and why I think we could be the perfect match!
My journey so far started with me and my siblings being surrendered to animal control. It was a scary and very loud there, but the people were very nice. They contacted Central Arizona Animal Rescue and arranged for them to take us in and give us the care we needed. When I first arrived, I was in pretty rough shape—underweight, with poor skin and a distended belly from parasites. But at Central Arizona Animal Rescue we got all the food we could eat, we got medicated baths for our skin and they gave us medicine to get rid of those nasty parasites! But thanks to the love and care I received, I’m now a healthy, happy pup!
I am a big spirit in a small package. I might not be the biggest pup around, but I have a heart full of love and a spirit that shines bright! I love hanging out with the bigger puppies and showing them that size doesn’t matter when it comes to having fun or taking a nap.
I am people person. I absolutely adore being around people. Whether it’s cuddling on the couch or in your arms, playing in the yard, or just being the center of attention, I’m happiest when I’m with my humans.
I am healthy and ready to go home. I’m current on all my vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped. I’m all set and ready to join your family!
I’m looking for a family who will love me unconditionally and give me the attention I crave. In return, I’ll be your loyal companion, always ready to bring joy and laughter into your life.
If you think we could be a perfect match, come visit me at Central Arizona Animal Rescue. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] to set up an appointment to meet me.
If you are unable to adopt me, please share my video to help me find my forever home.
I can’t wait to meet you and start our new adventure together!

Hi,
I’m Darla, the cutest German Shepherd mix puppy you’ll ever meet!
I was rescued by the amazing folks at Central Arizona Animal Rescue after my previous owner left me and my seven “littermates” at a noisy scary pound. It was a rough start, but thanks to the loving care here, I am now ready to find my forever home!
A little About me for your consideration!
I am about 3-4 months old (still just a baby!).
I am a German Shepherd mix (with a heart full of love).
I am Healthy. I was spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and treated for parasites.
I am a little shy at first because I was not loved by my previous owner, but I am playful, loving, and great with other pups.
When I first arrived at Central Arizona Animal Rescue, I was in pretty rough shape. I was underweight, dirty, and with a wormy belly. But the kind humans here gave me medicated baths, treated me for parasites, and made sure I got all my vaccinations. Now, I’m healthy, happy, and ready to start a new chapter in my life!
I’m looking for a loving family who will teach me all the new tricks and everything I need to know to be a part of their family. I’m starting from scratch with house training, but I’m eager to learn! I love to wrestle and play with my puppy friends, and I’m young enough to get along with cats, even though I’ve never met one.
Here is why You’ll Love Me:
I’m full of energy and love to play!
I’m great with other dogs and will be a wonderful companion.
I’m ready to learn and grow with you.
If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, and playful addition to your family, I’m your girl! Come meet me at Central Arizona Animal Rescue. To set up an appointment to met me just e-mail [email protected].

Hi there!
I’m Frost!
Are you looking for a new best friend? Well, look no further because I’m here, ready to fill your life with joy, laughter, and endless puppy love! Let me tell you a bit about myself and why I might just be the perfect addition to your family.
This is my story.
I was surrendered to the pound along with my 7 siblings by our previous owner. It was a noisy, scary place, but then Central Arizona Animal Rescue came to our rescue and brought us to a much nicer environment. Now, we’re all waiting for our forever homes, and I can’t wait to find mine!
I have unique looks! While six of my siblings look like German Shepherd mixes, I don’t look like them at all. I do have one brother who looks like me, but he has little shorty legs while I have long legs and stand twice as tall! My long legs give me a graceful, elegant look, and I love to show them off when I run and play.
I have a playful personality
I absolutely love to wrestle and play with other pups. I’m full of energy and always ready for a game of tag or a playful wrestling match.
I am ready for adoption.
I’m already neutered, current on my vaccinations, and microchipped. That means I’m all set to go to my new home right now! You won’t have to worry about any of those initial vet visits because I’m ready to start my new life with you immediately.
I am cat curious.
I’ve never seen a cat before, but I’m young enough to learn to get along with them. With a bit of patience and proper introductions, I’m sure we could become great friends.
I am young and eager to learn.
At just 3-4 months old, I’m still a baby, ready to learn all kinds of new tricks and everything I need to know to be part of a family. I’ll be starting from scratch with house training, but I’m eager to learn and please. With your guidance, I’ll quickly become a well-behaved member of the family.
This is why you choose me!
I am unique and handsome: My unique look make me stand out from the crowd.
I am playful and fun: I’m always ready for a game and will keep you entertained with my antics.
I’m also quite the foodie and won’t hesitate to help myself to whatever you’re drinking or snacking on. Sharing is caring, right?
I am ready to go home right now! I’m neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, so I’m all set to join your family.
I am eager to Learn. I’m young and ready to soak up all the training and love you can give.
If you’re looking for a fun, loving, and unique puppy to join your family, I’m your guy! Come meet me at Central Arizona Animal Rescue and let’s start our adventure together! Please e-mail at [email protected] to set up an appointment to meet me.

Hi Everybody!
My name is Harlo, and I’m a little pup with a big heart, looking for my forever home. Let me tell you my story and why I think we could be the perfect match!
I was turned in to the pound by my previous owner with my seven supposed littermates, but 6 of them look like german shepherd mixes and only one of them actually looks like me. The wonderful folks at Central Arizona Animal Rescue swooped in and saved us from that noisy scary place. Now, I’m safe and sound, waiting for someone special like you to take me home.
Here’s a bit about me: I’m a unique pup with shorty legs that give me all kinds of character. My brother might be twice as tall as me, but I think that just makes me extra adorable! Imagine a tiny, fluffy bundle of joy with a heart full of love and a playful spirit – that’s me! I’m about 3-4 months old, which means I’m still a baby and ready to learn all the tricks and good manners to be the best family member ever.
I absolutely love to wrestle and play with my puppy pals. I’m really good with other dogs, and I’ve got a friendly, outgoing personality that makes me a joy to be around. I’ve never met a cat, but I’m young enough to get along with them, especially since most cats are bigger than me right now! Just think of all the fun we could have together, playing and exploring the world.
I’m already neutered, up-to-date on my vaccinations, and microchipped, so I’m all set to join your family right away. No need to worry about those details – I’m ready to go! I’m excited to start house training and learn everything I need to know to be a part of your family. With a little patience and lots of love, I’ll be the best pup you could ever ask for.
Imagine coming home to my wagging tail and happy barks, ready to shower you with puppy kisses and endless affection. I’ll be your loyal companion, always by your side, ready for any adventure. Whether it’s a walk in the park, a cuddle on the couch, or a fun game of fetch, I’m up for it all!

Hello future family! 🐾
My name is Benjamin Button, and I’m a 4-month-old husky shepherd mix with a heart full of love and a nose for adventure!
I was found wandering the streets, but the kind folks at animal control picked me up and then they arrangefor me to be brought to Central Arizona Animal Rescue, where I’ve been making lots of new friends. I’m a bit of a mystery since no one knows my past, but I’m ready to write a beautiful future with you!
A little about me:
• I am a Treat Enthusiast: I absolutely love cheese, but I’ll happily munch on apple bits if you share them with me. I like all types of treats!
• I am a Nap Ninja: I have a knack for finding the quirkiest places to snooze. You might find me curled up in the laundry basket or even on the dish rack! Sometimes I even nap in the chair by the air conditioner!
• I am a Playful Pup: I get along great with my kennel mates and love to play and wrestle with them. I have never seen a cat so I don’t know about them but I will certainly try to play with them.to
• I am a Smart Cookie: I’m learning commands quickly like sit but I will be starting house trained from the beginning.
I’ve been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, so I’m all set to join your family and always find my way back home.
If you’re looking for a playful, loving, and slightly quirky companion, I’m your pup! Come meet me at Central Arizona Animal Rescue. Please e-mail at [email protected] to set up an appointment to meet me.

What’s Up?
I’m Frito, a Belgian Malinois with a heart as big as my dreams. For almost two years now, I’ve been calling Central Arizona Animal Rescue my home—yep, that’s half my life! But I’m ready to find my forever family, and I hope it might be you. I was originally picked up as a stray by animal control so I can’t share with you any information about me before I can to the rescue.
I’ve had some amazing adventures here. I have a girlfriend who I absolutely adore, her name is Lakota and there is another video of us having a good time. I’ve even taken on the role of a loving stepdad to young puppy who needed a little extra care, her litter mates were picking on her so I help watch over her. I’m pretty good with the other dogs too, both boys and girls, as long as there’s a fence between us. I guess you could say I’m a bit of a social butterfly… with boundaries!
To the people I know and trust, I’m just a big, playful puppy. I love showing my affectionate side to the regulars at the rescue. Getting my ears rubbed and butt scratched are awesome! BUT I can be a bit of a ‘butthead’ with strangers on the other side of the fence, though. My size and protective nature can be a little intimidating to those who don’t know me. But hey, who wouldn’t want a loyal guardian looking out for them, just give me time to get to know you?
I’ve grown up a lot since I got here. I’ve gone from a crazy high-energy puppy to a settled, mature adult. I still have plenty of energy, but now I think before I act. I’ve learned to channel my energy into positive behaviors, watching over my toys, finding the coolest spot to chill out at when it is hot outside and I’m always eager to please.
I will need some refreshing on my training since I’ve been at the kennels for so long. So, I’d be best suited for an experienced dog owner with plenty of space. I wouldn’t do well in a small apartment. I need room to run, play, and stretch my legs. Imagine us exploring the great outdoors together, going on hikes, or just playing fetch in a big backyard. Sounds fun, right?
I’m neutered, up-to-date on my vaccinations, and microchipped. I’m ready to find a loving home where I can continue to thrive and share my big heart. I promise to be your loyal companion, your protector, and your best friend.
If you’re looking for a loyal and loving companion, I might just be the perfect match for you. Come meet me at Central Arizona Animal Rescue and see for yourself what a wonderful dog I am.
If you think we could be a perfect match, please e-mail at [email protected] to set up an appointment to meet me.
If you are unable to adopt me, please share my video to help me find my forever home.

Hi
My name is Poppy, and I'm a German Shepherd mix puppy, about 4 months old and I have a heart full of love and a spirit ready to soar. I may have had a rough start in life, but I'm looking forward to a bright future with a family who will cherish me forever.
I was rescued from a difficult situation along with my brother and sister, and we were all brought to animal control because it was safer for us there. The nice people at the animal control arranged for us to go to Central Arizona Animal Rescue. The kind folks here have taken great care of me. I've been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, so I'm all set and ready to join my new family.
Despite my rough past, I'm a bundle of joy and energy. I love to play, explore, and cuddle. My favorite activities include playing in the water and making mud puddles, learning new tricks, and snuggling up for a nap after a fun-filled day. I'm eager to please and quick to learn, so I'll be a great companion for someone who enjoys training and spending time with their furry friend.
I'm looking for a loving home where I can feel safe and cherished. I promise to fill your days with laughter, love, and loyalty. If you have other pets, that's great! I get along well with other dogs and would love to have a playmate. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will grow up to be a strong and loving protector, I'm your boy.
I'm currently staying at Central Arizona Animal Rescue, waiting for my forever family to find me. If you think we could be a perfect match, please email [email protected] to set up an appointment to meet me.

We took in 8 puppies that we were told were all from the same litter according to the owner when they surrendered them to animal control. They were supposed to be german shepherd mixes, which 6 of them certainly look like. But there are 2 that are tricolored and smaller, one has little shorty legs and the other has 2 different eye colors. They are really super cute, but we had to separate them from the other puppies because they were so much smaller and getting picked on. We got them neutered and they are up for adoption now. I still have to get some more pictures and video of them to make a proper post, but the girls took these pictures of them over the weekend. So, we’ll be more pictures and video soon but if you are interested in possible given one of them a home please e-mail us at [email protected] and ask about Frost and Harlo.

Hi!
My name is Delilah, and I’m a 4-month-old Malinois puppy. I was found as a stray in Yuma another puppy. The nice folks in Yuma arranged for us to Central Arizona Animal Rescue until we can find our forever homes. My friend found her forever home, and now it’s my turn!
I’m spayed, up-to-date on all my vaccinations, and even microchipped! That means I’m ready to join your family right away and will never get lost.
I have so much love to give. I love cuddles, playtime, and learning new tricks. I’m smart, loyal, and full of energy – perfect for an active family.
I’ve already learned a few commands like “sit,” and I’m very fond of treats, especially cheese! Sometime they even call me a mouse because I like it so much.
I share my kennel with another puppy, and we love to play and wrestle together. I don’t know what a cat is yet, but I’m eager to learn and can adapt to living with them.
I get along great with kids and other pets. I might be a little rough on really small children just because I don’t know how to behave around them. I just need a family who will love me, teach me all the things I need to know and give me the care I deserve.
Could you be the one to give me a forever home? I promise to be your best friend and bring joy to your life every single day.
Come meet me today at Central Arizona Animal Rescue and let’s start our adventure together. Please e-mail [email protected] to set up an appointment to meet me Dilalah!
