Just a handful of the foals we have this year, and they are all really shaping up and showing out. Hard to believe it’s already September!

It’s been a wonderful start to the breeding season. We’ve been loving watching these little ones shape up and fill out already. We are still expecting more, but these mares have set a pretty high bar!

Haltering breaking is well underway! Stud colts have not disappointed.

Three of these are by our Sun Frost/Jackie Bee bred stud horse, and we are impressed not only with their conformation, but also their minds.

The other two are by our Starbert bred stud horse and Two Eyed Redbuck/Drifts Chip stud respectively, and they’re are wonderful as they’ve always been.

Hard to not to see bright futures for these colts. Onto some our fillies, next!

What an incredible year this has been for us and for our horses. We have loved watching our young horses grow, go to folks who are maximizing their potential, and compete at the high levels of team roping. We can’t express the gratitude we have for the opportunities we are provided with these horses. And never to be forgotten, our great herd of limousin cattle! From our operation to yours, may you all have had a wonderful Christmas, and hace a spectacular start to the new year. We have big goals, and can’t wait to see what this coming year holds!

Somehow, it’s that time of year again! We are weaning off and getting our foals of the year halterbroke. The good minds and great conformation are promising bright futures. So much color on these kids! We are proud of the mares that have raised these great weanlings.

It’s been a great start to our foaling season! These fillies have set a high bar for the next ones to come, and we can’t wait to watch them continue to grow.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the snow! Promising for a spring that we are excited to see. Calves are coming on and horses look good.

Clay Johnson and Bret Boswell getting it done to win it in the WSTRC 10.5 in Albuquerque on February 18! Clay’s riding Cadillac, a great 2018 gelding born, raised, and trained here on the ranch.

His mother is a mare named Muffin, that Clay trained and had a great career with heading as well. Now she’s providing us a chance to continue her legacy!

We can’t wait to see Cadillac just keep getting better!

From December, these are some of our colts we've weaned! All by our own stallion Double Drift Redbuck (Two Eyed Red Buck x Drifting Smoking Gal by Drifts Chip). These are all young horses with bright futures!
