Hansel (tuxie) and Gretel (orange and white) are a fixed brother and sister duo who came to PAWS via our feral spay/neuter funds that we manage jointly with Friends of Plumas Animals. They are from a home with too many feral cats. Their adoption fee is only $50 each and they have had all of their shots. They are very sweet and are petable and would make great house cats! Come by and give them a furever home.

These adorable boys came to PAWS after being rescued from the side of the road, with their momma, in a closed tote!! They are very playful and friendly! Their names are Shamrock, Lucky, Star, and Aaron. Luck of the Irish was with them the day they were rescued😻😻😻

I FINALLY got my BRAF pills, thanks to my sissy and Barbara Montandon❤️❤️ I took the first dose tonight, so let the "kill the melanoma" party begin! I hope I don't have too many bad side effects🤞🤞 but if I do, I hope you all will understand why I can't be at PAWS every day. I have some awesome volunteers who will keep the kitties fed and taken care of, thank goodness, but adoptions may have to go to appointment only. Thank you to all my family and friends who have prayed for me. My church family has been with me every step of the way and I couldn't do this without all of their care and love. My pastor and friend, Cathy Love, has walked beside me since this journey began in December, and is unwavering in her support and care. I'll keep you all posted on my progress. My next step is to do the TIL therapy in Palo Alto, but I have to do Mekinist and Tafenlar first, until the side effects get too severe. Much love to hubby Derek for all of your care and concern!❤️ We'll get through this and come out stronger on the other side!

Ivy is available now! She was put on hold for two different homes, but both have fallen through. She so deserves her own special home! She is loving and purry and has extra toes! Please come meet this sweet spayed girl! EDIT: IVY HAS BEEN ADOPTED!!!!!

These 4 kittens, Mica, Flint, Topaz, Amber, and teenager Cupid, were all adopted yesterday to loving new homes! We wish them well with their new families and a lifetime of love!

Snowball has received a serious inquiry and may only be with us for another week😽 He has been waiting for his forever home for a long time! He is shy and hides when strangers come to visit. His new person had a cat just like him and understands these quirks, and can't wait to take him home!❤️❤️
