This is devastating! We have lost a brilliant Angel. So sad 😭

I am absolutely gutted by Sarah Fisher's death. We met for the first - and only - time face to face at the Animal Behavior Kent conference. It was extraordinary, like clicking a missing puzzle piece into place. The feeling was mutual and instant, way more than just two colleagues who had respected each other's work for years.

With huge joy, I left the UK feeling Sarah's hugs and her invitation to come do something together at Tilley Farm in 2026.
Sarah Fisher was truly an immense force for good in this world, and a fierce advocate for dogs and all animals.

I cannot imagine the shock and grief of those so fortunate to have known her well and long. My deepest sympathy for her family and friends as they try to adjust to this loss.

Her ACE work will continue with the kind, capable guidance of my friend Sarah Whiffen.

If anyone snagged some pics of me with Sarah at ABK, please send them along. They would mean the world to me.

While the stars shine a bit brighter having called home one of their shining lights, the world is a poorer place for the loss of this extraordinary woman.
