Great info for our newest puppy families!

Happy New Year! Our last litters of 2025 went home right before Christmas. We are spending the time before our next litter to do some remodeling and improvements to our facilities that will improve our program offerings. We are so excited for these upgrades!

Our first litter of 2026 will be born around January 20th. Did you know that pregnancy gestation for dogs is only about 63 days? Dogs have trimesters of about 21 days.

We do a preliminary pregnancy grooming for our mama's at the beginning of their third trimester, so that when mama's get closer to welcoming their pups they already have a shorter coat so that we don't have to subject a very pregnant uncomfortable mama to any more time on the grooming table than necessary right before pups arrive.

Juniper is getting a very nice "baby bump"- in this last trimester, her tummy will really expand. Juni will have a puppy count x-ray at our preferred provider, Bayleaf Veterinary Hospital, to make sure that we know how many to expect, and while we are counting, to look for any possible complications so that we can prepare.

The 2025 litters are all home! Daisy and Trace's litter have all gone to their forever homes. We could not be more thrilled for these pups and their people! Look for our Lucky Country What's Up Buttercup (Reese) and Lucky Country My Name is Roman (Roman) to leave their mark on our program in a couple of years. Merry Christmas to Briscoe, Georgie, Scout, Beau Wylie, Piper, and Pickles! 🐾💕🎄

Our Jazzy and Buck babies are home!!! This marks the end of Jazzy's career with us. Mr. Jax (Lucky Country Jax of All Trades) will carry on for his mama in a couple of years. Along with Jax, Miss Juno, Miss Una, and Mr. Brogan are in their homes for their first Christmas! 🐾💕🎄

Happy Fall Ya’ll! Jazzy and her fantastic four had a blast playing outside on this beautiful fall afternoon. These little turkey’s are five weeks old, and ready to go to their new homes in a few weeks. All 2025 pups are reserved, but we are taking reservations for our 2026 litters.
