Dear Valued Customers of Wagly,
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of Wagly Veterinary Hospital & Pet Campus in Rancho Santa Margarita, effective May 31st, 2024. After careful consideration and evaluation of various factors, including market conditions and business sustainability, we have made the difficult decision to cease operations at this location.
This decision was not made lightly, and we understand the impact it may have on our loyal customers. We want to express out deepest gratitude to all of you for your support and trust over the years.
For Current Clients:
• All existing appointments and services will be honored until May 31st, 2024. If you were planning a boarding stay that extends overnight on May 31st, we kindly ask you make alternative arrangements.
• We are committed to assisting you in transitioning your pet’s care to another veterinary provider. Please reach out to us for assistance in obtaining and/or transferring medical records.
• Any pre-paid services or packages will have the remaining balances refunded
Once again, we extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who has been a part of the Wagly family. Our staff will cherish the memories and relationships we have built over the years.
