HELP WANTED. Buck wild Confident riders!! Learning opportunity!! PAID

Hey guys! With spring right around the corner, horses are starting to pick up again. We are in the search for casual c**t starting help. I’m looking for somebody that has some training experience but more so just a confident rider. With me and my husband working opposite schedules, a lot of the time I’m home by myself working horses and starting c**ts.
Any body in their right mind knows that that’s just not smart.

JOB DESCRIPTION-
-Must at least know the difference between pressure and release.
(You won’t be “training” you’ll be a “training tool”) no offense.
-Training experience not needed but a plus.
-Confident rider is a must.
-NO HOURS GUARANTEED
-Casual for extra cash Is all this would be
- PAY $20 hr (because c**t starting ain’t easy)

Terrible video (multitasking and trying to stay safe isn’t easy)
This video may look simple, slow going, and to “sensitive”. But if you start one right and let them process what’s going on you will set your self up for success. Not only am I above him on the mounting block, but I’m putting even more pressure on him with working on weight in the stirrup. This boy is already naturally reactive, normalizing what’s going on is key for this guy just like many c**ts. **tstarting

Those cold winter mornings are for sure biters, but the view ain’t bad.

The ones that challenge you make you better. This dude has been one obstacle after another. But I’ll tell you what, it is a damn good feeling when they finally come around.

Good morning!

This little guy has given us a run for our money for our first year of calving. He was born during the heat wave, weak, Dehydrated and not thriving. Mom couldn’t help him feel better so we had to pull him and bring him up to house. It’s been a long week of trying to get him recovered and he is slowly showing improvements. These are things that make this life worth it.

This boy is doing good! A couple of rides and already building so much more confidence!
