Dear Valued Customers, 🐾🐾
As many of you are aware, I recently announced my intention to close the doors of Mangy Mutt due to personal health reasons. However, in the wake of that announcement, two of my dedicated employees kindly stepped forward, offering to continue limited grooming services in my absence. Their willingness to take over operations of Mangy Mutt deeply touched me, prompting me to reconsider my decision.
Regrettably, however, circumstances have evolved rapidly in the past week. One of the ladies who generously offered to help has herself encountered unforeseen health challenges and will now be unable to assist with grooming operations.
Therefore, I have made the difficult decision to proceed with the closure of Mangy Mutt at the end of this month.
It has been a privilege to serve this community and to care for your beloved pets. Your trust and patronage have meant the world to me. I also want to extend my sincerest apologies for any confusion or inconvenience caused by the recent changes in direction. The decision-making process has been stormy, and I understand if it has caused frustration or disappointment.
In the remaining weeks before our closure, I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition and providing the best possible service to you and your fur babies. 🐾
