UPDATE: BOWSER ADOPTED!

Astrid and Bowser are both female and 3 months old, last of their litter kittens.

They are both very sweet and affectionate. Their foster mama has to leave town so we are hoping to get them adopted prior to Friday so they don't have to move an extra time!

This week Domino is on deck, he was adopted as a kitten but sadly was returned. He is now 2 years old and a very handsome and nice guy!

Domino will do well in most homes, he does get along with other cats but would do ok as an only kitty as well. He has no experience with dogs.

😻 Tats for Cats!!!


Thanks to the generosity and extreme talent of Brandon Umphlet we are able to launch this amazing fundraiser!

📣Who is need of some ink therapy?

Some amazing donors wanted to assist us with some fundraising to hopefully help us with the financial dilemma we are in. They came together and got the rescue a $500 gift certificate with the very talented artist at Bad Cat Tattoo Studio Brandon Umphlet. Brando being the amazing human he is, generously price matched the tattoo with his time, giving us not 1 but 2 certificates to raffle, each being worth $500!

Cost of 1 ticket is $25. Two drawings will be held. Tickets go on sale tonight at 6 pm for the first drawing, and the winner will be announced Wednesday at 6pm. Second drawing will run Wednesday-Saturday and we will announce the winner Saturday at 6pm. Tickets will be drawn using an online raffle generator.

Good Saturday morning

Thank you so much for such an amazing $5 Friday! Your generosity has made an impact bigger than you can imagine! When I come from work and start my chores cleaning and feeding these kitties I stop to talk with them and give them their individual attention and hope so hard that someone will notice them. I hope that they will be able to stop living in limbo and be able to settle into their forever life, with their new awesome family. I feel guilt over all the "I am sorry we cannot help at this time" messages we have been having to put out lately. YOU have helped restore the faith that we will be ok.

We are slowly getting our feet back on the ground and we appreciate the help beyond words!

Please help spread the word to get homes for the 250 cats and kittens in our care. Our process is very easy and can be complete in 10-15 minutes. We will be at Petco tomorrow, Sunday 8/18, Saturday 8/24, and Sunday 8/25 from 12-3pm!

“Meet Theon and Ramsey.. brothers and besties! These boys are the last two of their litter, and have been in foster since January.

For the first two months, they did not trust humans at all. However; after working with them and gaining their trust, they are the sweetest and most friendliest boys around!

They love dogs, other cats, and enjoy watching their foster mom’s turtle swim around in her tank!

Theon is mostly black, with a white patch on his chest and beautiful orange/amber eyes 😍 Ramsey has the whole salt and pepper thing going on, with the cutest little dots on his face and nose.

It would be amazing to see them go to their forever homes together! Their foster mom will put $50 towards their adoptions if they go together!”

These last couple of weeks have been scary folks. We are pinching every penny we can and we simply cannot get ahead. Adoptions are slow. We have sick kitties. We have kitties due for vet visits. As we are headed into another week, we were starting to worry about we were literally going to feed our kitties. Let alone get more vaccines on order and restock our medicine cabinets. Then….this happened ⬇️⬇️⬇️

We know times are tough and money is tight, but if you are in a position to help your local homeless kitties, we could really use it!

We currently have 251 kitties in our care. 112 are available to adopt and the rest are either too young, not spayed or neutered, or are experiencing medical issues.

There are many ways to show your support and help out!

Adopt-if you cannot adopt, spread the word to your friends and family that may be interested in adopting.

We are forced to continue with our Intake hold for now. We know there are kitties out there that need our help and it kills us to have to turn them away. This is where we are for the time being and we are so very sorry from the bottom of our hearts!

Philbin is his name and love is his game.

This 2 yr old guy holds nothing back when it comes to affection. He also loves to play and chill in the cat trees. He likes to play with kittens, doesn't mind cats, and seems to tolerate dogs too
