I am writing to inform you that our system now requires a pre-authorized payment in order to secure appointments. This change has been implemented due to the high number of no-shows we have experienced in the past. As a result, you will notice a charge 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Additionally, you have the option to add a tip at this time to ensure that all payments are taken care of in advance. If the total cost of the service exceeds the pre-authorized amount, you may see a pending charge on your account. Rest assured, this charge will be removed once your bank processes the transaction.

In order to secure appointments, we kindly ask that all clients provide a credit card to have on file. Even if you prefer to pay in cash, having a card on file is necessary. If you do not currently have a card on file, please visit your pet portal to add one. If you require assistance, please reach out to us via the number that sends appointment reminders, and we will promptly send you the link to access your pet portal.

Sweet Hagrid before and after! Hagrid was going to a different grooming salon every three weeks and yet his sanitary wasn’t done his feet weren’t done. His a**l glands weren’t done. His ears were not done, his hair stank and felt very filthy. He did not smell good and he was groomed a week ago, beware of people who was your dog throw them in a kennel and all the rest but yet charge you! So glad to have Hagrid on board and helping him. Oh yes, and his face was matted, and his feet were matted, his cheeks, his ears, and there was a tick on his bubbles! But yet he was groomed a week ago! Shame on them! 11 AM appointment with the orthopedic surgeon to go over the MRI and next steps today

This week I will be working afternoon starting at around 230 doing a few dogs from the afternoon to the evening and working the weekend to make up for missed appointments and so I can have help from Miss Kirsten! I’m still no weight-bearing will know more by the eighth when I see the surgeon. I have a fractured lateral tibia plateau and quite possibly a torn meniscus so no weight-bearing and we will know more on the eighth if I have to have surgery or not so in the meantime, this is what I figured out, I can groom in my handy-dandy electric wheelchair that I found on the marketplace, but I don’t wanna overdo it so I am doing light duty. Only when Kirsten can help me or my other two sweet girls, Victoria or Jourdyn. Here’s some pictures of me getting the job done and my handy-dandy electric wheelchair. Justin is calling me turbo… I keep thinking in my head that song from the 80s ain’t nothing gonna break my stride ain’t nothing gonna slow me down whoa!

Well, it did not take the nurse practitioner very long at rock Hill orthopedic urgent care to see in the x-rays that my kneecap is not in the right place so I’ve definitely torn something. She ordered an MRI so we’ll know more later, but yes I did screw it up. the ER doctor didn’t move. My foot didn’t do any kind of examination of my leg pretty much was like sorry can’t help you bye here’s a brace so glad that I’m moving forward instead of being kicked out crying and a wheelchair that I practically had to beg for.

Just helped a neighbor who was stuck a house up the street from my house. It is nothing but a sheet of ice. Auntie Heather‘s is closing. Monday, January 22 nobody should be out in this I was dropping the F bomb afraid I was going to break my leg again or wreck but I got her home safe!
