Owners, Paul and Liliana, a husband and wife team, have been serving the Reading community since 2005. Paul is a certified groomer with a passion for dogs who has passed his passion and grooming skills to his wife. At Ruff n’ Ready, we believe that each dog has its own special grooming needs and should be treated as an individual. To meet your pet’s specific need we offer a wide variety of shampoo

s, grooming products and additional services like teeth brushing, and gland expression

We do not overcrowd our shop which fosters a calm, relaxed experience for you and your pet. Upon completion, each dog is finished off with a bow or a bandana for that pampered pet look. We believe in sending dogs home as soon as their groom is complete so that they can return to running and playing as soon as possible.

Hi every one it's actually me typing. We would like to thank you all doe your support, love and prayers. They all helped us get through this difficult. The great news is that I'm in remission! I have started my maintenance program with only one medication every 21 days for 2 years. I've also started my physical therapy to improve my balance, my hand use and hopefully my neuropathy. Thank you for supporting Paul who kept the doors open. = working by himself. Your words of encouragement helped him get through those long days. I come to the shop when I feel well and don't have any appointments. It's nice being back to normal life. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. Grateful and blessed

*** Update *** Liliana is out of surgery and is stable. The surgery went well. Thank you everyone for the prayers and love and support. It has helped us weather a very rough few years. We love and appreciate all of you. Thank you.

We wanted to share an update on Liliana. As many of you know she was disgnosed with cancer and has been undergoing chemo therapy since November and as a next step she will be undergoing debulking surgery on Monday. It is a long surgery and she will remain in the hospital for a least several days following the operation. Any prayers and positive vibes are needed and appreciated. She is a fighter and we know she can get through this. As always we have been humbled by the love and support from all of you, our customers, and from the Reading community. Thank you.

As some of you know Liliana has been diagnosed with cancer and is no longer working at the shop. She is undergoing treatments and will be going through and extensive surgery some time in January.

These are challenging times for our family and we appreciate your prayers and support.

Paul will still be in the shop working and Liliana will be taking a break from Facebook and the shop to take time to focus on her health.

The shop is no longer accepting new accounts and we ask for your patience as we may take longer than usual to reply to texts, calls and emails.
