💅 Adding • Color 💅

For the beginning of this year, we decided to dip our toes in a little color! Georgette, our resident mini poodle is sporting pink and purple cuffs as we take on the new year 🥰

We now have AUTO REMINDERS!! Woohoo! A confirmation text will be sent out 2 days before your appointment. All new clients will have a standardized intake form!

I love all of my customers and am usually very understanding, however there has been a lack of respect surrounding appointment times specifically with drop off/pick-up. Being 1 on 1 I have very little time between clients, usually about 30 minutes to an hour to handle clean up and sanitation, potty break, scarf down some food/water, take a little time with my 2yo, and other odds and ends. This being said, drop off is allotted 15 minutes past original appointment time before cancellation and considered a no show.
I try to give everyone a 30 minute heads up BEFORE their pup is done so by the time I am finished you are pulling in the drive way. An hour after that text is sent is when $20/hr daycare starts! Pups get to go outside and play with resident pups like Georgie, or lounge on the couch while they wait, both fully supervised!

🎊 Happy • New • Year 🎊

We are excited to see what this new year brings us, hoping for good health, success and wealth! With the new year, of course, brings loud noises. Keep a watchful eye on your fur-children!

Coming into 2023 we will have some changes, starting with all customers signing a new grooming agreement.

• RABIES: We must have an up to date rabies vaccine on file due to insurance changing. To all of my existing customers who see this please send me a photo/text copy TIA!

• FLEAS & TICKS: With the vast amount of diseases parasites carry there will be a fee for fleas & ticks and a 24 hr flea pill administered.

• LATE DROP OFF / NO SHOWS: Because I am 1-on-1 I allow 30 minutes in between appointments for drop offs and pick ups. This is not a lot of time! Because of this any pup that is 15 minutes or more past the initial appointment time will have to be rescheduled and subject to a “no show” fee.
I try my best to send out a message/call about 30 minutes before your pup is ready so (hopefully) by the time they’re done you’re pulling in the drive! unfortunately I’ve had quite a few instances where pick-ups are late by 1 hr +, causing chaos when the next pup is dropped off for their appointment. Any pup not picked up by 1 hr past initial pickup call/text will be subject to a boarding fee added to total.

• RESCHEDULE: I understand situations may come up requiring you to reschedule your appointment. I ask that you please give a 24 hr heads up so I have enough time to fill your appointment spot. And cancels/ reschedules will be subject to a fee no more than half the appointment price.
