Taming down Tegus is something new to us, but requires a lot of one on one time with each animal. This little guy (or girl) is hanging out with me while I’m taking some online courses. Slow but steady progress! This Tegu started off whipping and biting and now it’s calming down and allowing us to handle it! 🦎

This is one of the nicest purple albinos I’ve seen. I paired her to a platinum phantom Sunfire het purple (from ). These snakes always flip back over by the time I pull out my phone to take a picture. Glad I was able to snap this shot.
