CAUTION***********WATCH YOUR PETS

FYI: The next 4-6 weeks is mating season for coyotes. Please do not let your dogs out alone or leave your cats out overnight. The outcome can be tragic as they can & will attack/kill your pets. Just be aware so you can protect your pets. {Coyote breeding typically peaks in late February and early March, the gestation period averages 58 to 63 days. Male coyotes can become more aggressive during this time of year, THE LONG AND SHORT OF IT ALL IS THAT COYOTES CAN ALWAYS POSE A THREAT TO SMALL PETS / LIVESTOCK. That risk increases during mating season.

Peter’s Gang Mamacita “Cita” has been home with us for one week, and, as you can see, is already part of the family! She took her first hike in the woods yesterday, and stayed with the rest of the dogs like a champ! We are looking forward to having this girl experience snow and all of our fun Winter activities! Labradors doing what they love to do! When the perfect Fall day presented itself, we took to the woods for a little “forest bathing”! Nothing makes me happier than the smells of Fall, the sound of happy Labs crashing through the woods, and the sight of them jumping over trees and chasing each other happily! Days like today make me so grateful to be alive and surrounded by the beauty of our area. There is so much that should never be taken for granted. 🐾💛🖤🤎❤️

At just a few days short of 8 weeks, these Chelma babies are a bundle of fun!! I will miss them for sure!!

I absolutely love this stage!! We have a 30 minute playtime about 4X a day now, and every day they get more adventurous! Today they discovered the slide! I don’t know who has more fun, them or me!

Morning playtime while their pen is being cleaned! Hard to believe they will be 7 weeks on Friday! All have wonderful homes to go to, and puppy parents that are so excited to have them! 🐾 Thelma is due a week from today, with double digit pups in there! I will start going through my list for those not already spoken for. Please reach out to me if you have interest. We have a possibility of some chocolate in this litter! For me…I am just hoping for healthy mom and pups, and, of course, a mini Chet! 💛❤️💛
