We are so humbled and grateful by all the positively overwhelming response we've had since our last post. We cannot thank you all enough for your support, loyalty and love you've all shown!! For anyone who knows us, each and everyone of us love all the fur babies and their parents. By your responses, it gives us warmth to know that you all recognize the love and care we enjoy providing to the babies! Hi friends! (Fur the other groups I am posting in, but please remove if this post is not allowed)
Our salon is being attacked on social media. Google review etc. A customer brought her dogs in so matted their coats were pelted to the skin. Meaning the mats were so tight to their skin, they had to be shaved with a sanitary blade (Almost bald). 1 is an older dog and one is a puppy, 1st groom ever. She brings her dogs in 6-9 months at a time and with the breed of dogs she has they should be groomed at least every 4-6 weeks AND brushed at home, which she does not. I'm asking for help if possible. She is having her friends post reviews on social media to try and sabatoge our business and our ratings. Please, if you are a customer and have been happy with our services, post reviews and try to help us if you can. I have reported these posts to Google and hopefully they will be removed. In the meantime, I am trying to protect my groomers and our business. We love all the fur babies and would never EVER do anything to intentionally hurt an animal. If there is EVER a time we are responsible for anything we always take responsibility. Thank you for listening (or reading in this case), and thank you all for your support and loyalty. P.s. i have blacked out personal and irrelevant information so that I am not exposing anything unnecessary.

Fur baby mommies and daddies...with the summer heat coming up, please please remember...if the ground, pavement, asphalt, blacktop, sidewalk etc is too hot for your feet it's way too hot for our fur babies. Let them stay home and enjoy the heat and sun with a big bowl of water. Thank you for loving the furry ones as much as we do!!! Happy fun in the sun!!!

R.I.P sweet girl!
Crystal was a weekly regular... she was one of my favorites. Always full of so much love and kisses. We will miss you my girl. Know that I love you forever!!! Watch over your family as I know you will and may your treats and play time be endless in doggie heaven.
