Mocha and Sonnet went home yesterday. However, before that, they went on a trail ride at Trace trails with 18 other horses and did absolutely amazing for their owners! They got gold stars all the way around, and we are so happy their owners are happy

With some work, calm, and a dentist that can stick a horse quick and easy; we got shiloh's teeth done, aged, and got those shoes and overgrown hooves trimmed! We are guessing 6 months of growth and really strong Amish clenches!

This has been loooooong in the making but we finally have lights! Now we can ride after the sun goes down!

Mocha is riding in a D-ring and getting prepared for the trail ride on Monday. We will be trying a shank bit as we believe this girl has some really nice training in her just needs tuning up.

Welcome, Mocha and Sonnet. They are here for a short time while their owners are out of town. They are both seniors, and with their stay, we will be doing a small tune-up on Sonnet, and we will discover what all Mocha knows. They will be joining us on the CCOE Arena Ministry Thanksgiving break trail ride.

Welcome, Shiloh! He's is a roughly 18 year old Dutch Harness (possible cross) rescue. He desperately needs his shoes removed and his feet done, but he has quite a bit of anxiety and would not stand still. We are hoping to help him with his anxiety and handling on the ground.

It's been an up and down battle, but here is some progress with a belgian that was pulled from an auction house. Owned by Keri. We can't wait to see what he looks like at the 1 year mark! He's 20 years old, 20 hands, and from Canada. His name is Isaac, and he will do parades, lessons, and maybe do some driving again if we can get the cart and riggings.

After 3 weeks of cancelations we FINALLY got training horse Magic with his owner (who went home 3 weeks ago), her hubby on Apollo (their horse), my student Kylee on Wyatt, Jenny on Red (kylee's mom and my student), Brittany on Lady (owned by Aeryn), Cody on Annie, and Shawnee on Pheonix to do the long awaited trail ride to Sonic. It was the "crowning" achievement to mark of a bucket list item AND prove Magic's training went well. It was Kylee and Jenny's shared moment together. Brittany was along for the fun and horsey time and to help Lady get in better shape for Aeryn. It was a lot of fun and good memories. We even showed up in some soccer pictures when we rode through the park! We are really excited to get into trail ride season!
