Fall 2023 I rescued a pregnant female Cane Corso; she had her litter at the end of November. I raised the pups on our small homestead.

Two owners have asked that I assist them with rehoming. I occasionally pet sit for them both and have gotten to know their personalities.

Male (Harley, left) is an intact male, cropped tail and is looking for someone/a family that will give him attention. He is very much still a puppy and likes to run and play that needs someone that will adequately train him and be his favorite person. He is almost fully crate trained. The current owner doesn’t have time for him due to work travel.

Female (Una, right) is a sweet girl, loves to play, listens well, and enjoys chasing poultry (which is why she needs a home without poultry). She has had more training than her brother, but it still a puppy and will need reinforcement.

We’ve been quiet yet super busy. We ended up rescuing a pregnant female Cane Corso from a bad situation.

She had her litter shortly thereafter and oh what beautiful babies she had. Sadly, we lost four due to the size of her litter and underdevelopment, but we were so blessed to keep eleven alive.

We now have brindle boys (seven) and a female (1) awaiting their forever homes. If you are looking to welcome a Cane Corso into your family, please reach out. We’re looking for loving homes, not the highest bidder.

After a few (expensive) vet visits and rehab, the mom is also available for rehoming under the condition that she will be spayed and no longer a breeder. She is three years old, is housebroken, knows commands, and is super sweet. She is not a barker, but will bark to protect (or fend off) possible intruders. She is also comfortable with other dogs and livestock. A great addition to any family looking to not endure the puppy phase. ❤️
