🐾 Keep pets indoors: Loud noises from celebrations can frighten pets, so make sure they have a safe, quiet place indoors.

This cutie was just found running around Tuckahoe Little League and brought to us. She is not microchipped and there is no id on her collar that we can access. If you recognize her please give us a call or notify her owners 804-918-4844, in order to claim her we will need to be told what is on her collar.

If you have been in the Richmond are for any length of time you probably heard the name Locke Taylor over the years. He served the veterinary community for 54 and we are sad to hear of his passing, our thoughts go out to his family, coworkers, and clients.

It is with a heavy heart that we must relay the passing of Dr. Locke Taylor. He served his lifelong calling of being a veterinarian for 54 years. He had an unmatched passion for service, and his kindness and generosity touched the lives of thousands of pets and people alike. He has been a mentor and a friend to so many that now carry on his legacy.

We would like to welcome Dr. Jason Heitzman to our practice! He will be available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays to provide veterinary care to our patients and can be found Wednesdays at our Midlothian location - Winterfield Veterinary Hospital We are excited to have him join our team and can't wait for you to meet him!
