We have seen an uptick in client dissatisfaction due to our inability to get patients in for appointments for routine services (vaccines, nail trims, a**l gland expression) within the next few weeks. It is not that we don't want to see you - we love you all and want to see everyone! Unfortunately, we have one staff member out on medical leave and another is going out on family medical leave next week. We are also in prime vacation time and I will not deprive my staff of their well deserved time off. They need it to rejuvenate in order to serve you and your pets better.

I am quite disappointed in the number of clients who have yelled at my staff recently. This is *not* OK. We are trying our best to serve each and every one of you. You are all important. Please know we are working very hard behind the scenes to try to keep everyone happy and all of our patients healthy.

You will see that we do not have appointments as available as we usually do. Please bear with us while our team heals and rejuvenates. We desperately need your patience.

If you are not satisfied, please don't take it out on my staff. They don't deserve it. Leave a message for me and I will try to find a solution that works for both of us. I promise, we will be back up and running at full strength soon. Please bear with us.
