At Rocking L Livestock our Mission is to provide a variety of high quality Trail and Performance horses to all levels of riders at an affordable price. Every horse is different, so with that said, each horse will not fit every level of rider. With over 40 years combined horsemanship, breeding and salesmanship experience. We pride ourselves with being able to match the right horse to the rider. We

try to represent our horses to the best of our ability with the time that we have owned the horse(s). All horses are sold as is with no guarantees, no trade backs and no refunds/returns. All sales are final. When you buy the horse(s) it’s yours. All of our horses go through a rigorous trial period before being offered to the public. We are CLOSED on sundays. We are also offering training at this time. All of our horses sell sound to the best of our knowledge, unless stated otherwise. Pre-purchase exams are welcome at buyers expense with the vet of your choice before the horse(s) leaves our possession. Horse(s) can be held for you up to one week with a NON-Refundable deposit. We are located in Ridgeland SC.

Zues is an 8 year old, Black Percheron gelding that stands a whopping 17.3 hands tall! Zues has been out on the trails alone and with others, crosses ditches, water, mud etc. He has been ridden beside the road and doesn’t mind the traffic, including the dump trucks that constantly drive by. Zues is very easy to catch out in the pasture, if he doesn’t meet you at the gate first. He stands to be groomed, tacked, takes the bridle great and you can pick up his feet with ease. Zues has a little more whoa than go so he is more of a laid back kind of ride and handles good in the bridle. We show by appointment only. Here's a horse you can catch after sitting up. Fly spray him groom him throw the saddle on and go ride . No need to warm him up or retrain him after he sits for a month or two . A very sweet good riding gelding .

ISAIAS aka Red Boy is a 13 year old, Sorrel, AQHA registered gelding that stands a little over 16 hands. He has DASH FOR CASH & FIRST DOWN DASH on his papers. Red Boy has been one of our personal horses for a while now and its time for him to go to a new home that has more time for him. He has been the same horse for us whether he has been ridden consistently or just turned out for a month. Red Boy has been trail ridden and will cross water, ditches, mud, and doesn’t bat an eye at traffic consisting of cars, loud dump trucks, bikes, etc. He has lead the trails while teaching the younger horses the ropes or will happily follow behind. Red Boy pastures great with other horses. He stands to be tied, bathed, groomed, fly sprayed, tacked, takes the bridle well and to be mounted with or without a mounting block. Stetson, is a 17 year old, Sorrel & White, Paint gelding standing around 15.1 hands. Stetson is a good trail horse. He will cross water, ditches, mud, through brush, and has ridden beside traffic consisting of cars, loud dump trucks, bikes, etc. Stetson would do well as a ranch pleasure, 4-H pleasure or English mount. He has a good walk, slow easy jog, extended trot and a rocking horse lope. Stetson catches his correct leads, has an easy stop, back, and a very nice neck rein. He pastures great with other horses and is easy to catch. We show by appointment only. Gracie

SOLD SOLD SOLD!!! Ridgeland SC Gracie is a 3 year old, Grey, Quarter Horse mare standing a hair over 14 hands. This is one laid back young mare that has the brains and potential to go in any direction. Gracie has a good start on her. She is light in the bridle, has smooth jog and lope, is beginning to neck rein and has a good stop and back. We have swung lariats on her, cracked whips, she will drag whatever you'd like right behind her and you can even empty a pistol or shotgun right off of her back! We honestly haven't found anything that bothers her yet. She gets along great with anything you put in the pasture with her. If we didnt own so many horses, she would be one that we wouldn’t mind hanging onto. Gracie has wonderful ground manners and will stand to be groomed, tacked, for the farrier and to be mounted. You don’t want to miss out on this sweet girl. We will consider partial trades. We show by appointment only. Ridgeland SC $4200 Jackie is an 18 year old, Bay Quarter Horse mare standing around 14.2 hands. Jackie is a finished a heel horse that is easy to ride, takes a nice corner and has a good stop. She is a fun horse to ride. She is great and confident out on the trails and will cross water, ditches, and mud with no problem. She doesn't mind atvs, cars, or dump trucks driving right by her. She is the horse we use to ride along with colts on the trail so we have a seasoned horse riding with them. She has a good jog, lope, neck rein and picks up her correct leads for nice circles. She has good ground manners, to be groomed, tacked and for the farrier. We will consider partial trades. We show by appointment only.
