Since covid hit, it has been expensive for material cost. simple 2x4x8 was $1.50 now $3-4, Melamine 8x4 was $30 now $45, Plywood 4x8 $15 now $25. If you still need an enclosure/hutch message me I can draw up a quote, im sorry if they are a little more expensive but due to cost I need to redo all my estimates/expenses.
