We are in desperate need of the following:

-lumber of any kind
-pallets
-chicken coops of any size, or any amount of years used

Dropping these items off would be preferred as I do not have a big enough vehicle to pick them up.

I have been fortunate enough to help those that I have been able to. But as of right now I am creating a waitlist for both roosters and hens. I need more coop space before I can take anything in, which is why I am in need of the items listed above.

Why rescue chickens you may ask? It’s all too often that people decide to start keeping chickens as a hobby, only to one way or another not be able to care for them. Or if an unexpected rooster pops up into a flock. Some of those chickens end up being dumped somewhere, let loose into the wild, or inhumanly killed. I’d like to do what I can to help put a stop to this by creating a safe space for those hens and roosters at . Please help me get this rescue off the ground by following, sharing or interacting.
