Due cost of vehicle maintenance and rising gas prices there has been an increase in $5 for all services and fees across the board effective for current clients and bookings starting Monday March 14th 2022. Services Offered
** I service a 10 mile radius from my home**
** Note all base prices listed below are for households with 6 pets or less, additional cost will apply per pet over 6.**

$20 Meet and Greet
A pre booking request meeting at which you can meet me and introduce me your pet(s) prior to booking my services. Payment will be collected prior to the meeting, if you elect to book with me this will subtracted from your total invoice. After the meeting you will need to fill out the New Client Request Form if you elect to book with me.

$30 (per Night) In Home Booking
I would stay at your home and care for your pet(s)

$35 (per day) Check-In Booking
checking on your pet 2-3 times a day. $10 more per day per trip if more than 3 check ins are required.

$20 Single Check-in Booking

If you selecting this because you will be out of town and it will only be for a day or two then it would be due per booking, as that is a short term traditional booking arrangement. In this case a 24 tentative hold would apply to pay the booking fee and secure your date(s). Unless discussed otherwise this is a 30 minute booking, if your pet(s) require more than 30 minutes additional cost may apply. I service a ten mile radius from my home. If a request is accepted outside this radius there is an additional charge of $1 per mile per day. Deposits and Fees
Booking Fee

30% for bookings made in advance
30% plus $25 for bookings made last minute ( less than a week ahead)

Puppy Fee $5 per dog under 1 year of age per day. Ambulatory Assistance Fee $10-20 per pet per day based on size and needs. If you live in the downtown area additional fees may apply

If transportation services are part of your booking such as dropping off at a relatives , groomers etc. There will be a .58 cent per mile additional cost. If returning to your residence the cost will be both ways. If just dropping off at the end of the booking charge is one way. Your booking is not confirmed until the booking fee has been paid. You will have a 24 hour tentative hold period to complete the transaction and reserve your dates. Meaning if you do not pay during the tentative hold, your booking is not automatically cancelled, but does put you at risk for loosing the booking. Payment is due on the start date of your booking, additional fees will be collected at the end of your booking if applicable. Booking fees must be paid electronically through Venmo, Facebook Pay or Cash App. Unless you are booking during a Meet N Greet in which case I will accept cash or check. If you do not use computers, email etc. or use them in a limited capacity. You can reach me by phone at 540-268-0343

If you are unable to provide information or payment electronically please call to make arrangements, and an in person meeting can be arranged close to my home for no additional cost. This would be applicable if you booked a Meet and Greet and did not elect to book at the end of the meeting and can not pay electronically OR if you need to fill out the New Client Request form on paper vs electronically. I am now available the week of Thanksgiving due to a cancellation.

ATTENTION: As of today November 9th 2023 10p cancellations over major holidays ( Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, and the 4th of July) made up to 2 months before the holiday month or during the holiday month will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance of the invoice due post booking fee payment. This is due to the fact that these are in high demand dates that generally are planned well in advanced for. Please reach out if you have any questions. Failure to pay the cancellation fee is grounds for refusal of future bookings at my discretion, as each situation is different.

Good Afternoon,

Cost and price structure will change as outlined below for any bookings during the 2024 year. ( Note this after doing some research and comparing to other similar services in the area, as well as taking into account my 15+ years of pet sitting experience and several years working in an emergency vet environment.)

Meet n Greet $25
Single Check In $25
Standard Check In $40
In Home $35

These base costs are for up to 3 pets, each additional pet will be $5-15 per pet depending on the number of additional pets (1$15 2$10 3 or more $5). The puppy and ambulance assistance fees will remain the same.

I will now be accepting new bookings as my activity restrictions have lessened. I still do not feel comfortable walking for long distances however so please keep this in mind when booking. I will be updating my website and opening my forms back up over the next few days. As always feel free to reach out with any questions. Thank you for your patience and understanding as I have worked through this. I will of course let you know if anything with my recovery or the general aftermath of the accident will affect your booking as soon as possible.

At this time I am not committing to any new bookings until things are figured out with my knee. So long as a Dr does not increase my activity restrictions during my recovery process and I do not have to handle large dogs on a leash or any regular long walks then I will be able to honor existing bookings. As previously stated if things change during my recovery and will affect your booking I will let you know ASAP.

I will still accept Meet n Greets if you are interested in getting a relationship established.

I appreciate everyone's understanding as I navigate this. At this time I am still in a brace and will be getting an MRI. So hopefully I will have more answers once that is completed.

Good evening everyone,

I will not be accepting any bookings for the month of April due to a knee injury that occurred during a car accident last week.

I have been instructed to use a brace for the next 7-10 days and may need further care depending on how things progress.

If the aftermath of this injury will affect your booking I will let you know as soon as I do but I am hopeful things will be improved enough by the end of April that I can resume normal activity.

Good Morning I am testing a new method for a appointment based bookings over the next two weeks. This would pertain only to Meet N Greets and Acclamation Meetings. You can now book these directly through the link below, it will ask some basic questions for the appointment in lieu a full length form. Let me know what you think or if you have any questions.

Please keep in mind this is a work in progress, it appears that I do not have the option to confirm a meeting once it is booked, only to cancel it and you will get an email notification of the cancellation. The confirmation email you receive will also give you the option to cancel the appointment or book another appointment.

Good morning,

I am now offering Acclamation Meetings in addition to Meet n Greets.

Meet N Greets are required for all new clients and if you choose to move forward with a booking the cost is credited back to you on your invoice.

Acclamation Meetings are additional meetings you can schedule if you have nervous pets and want to give them more time around me. These are not credited back to you.

Both services are $20 per meeting.

ANNOUNCEMENT:: NEW POLICY

Good morning everyone,

Starting today January 23 2023 I will be implementing a new policy for Work Environment Expectations, this includes cleanliness, safety, and health concerns.

Cleanliness/Cleaning - As I always say do not stress about the state of your home. I do no expect immaculate homes. I do expect to provided with a clean space to stay in, including any floors I may walk on regularly, cooking appliances I may use ( as I generally bring frozen foods with me or place an order via walmart delivery once I asses what kind of freezer space is available) that will mostly apply to microwave, and a clean bathroom to use. If I feel that the conditions of the home are unsafe cause health concerns or are uncomfortable for me to stay in due to cleanliness issues then I will either not fulfill the booking or if I have the time and am able to easily locate the cleaning supplies needed I will address the issues if I can. IF I have to complete any major cleaning ,outside of after myself or your pets to, complete the booking then there will be an additional fee of $20 per hour spent cleaning as that is outside what I am there for.

Safety- any dangerous or hazardous spaces that I would need to be in regularly to complete my work. Such as exposed nails, wood, overcrowded spaces that I my have to traverse etc.

Health- any mold growth I may be exposed this can include the bathroom, trash or accumulation of food or dishes in the sink that have friends growing on, in or around them. Accumulation of animal waste in the home to extent that it is health hazard.

Additionally 3 or more instances of this or last minute cancellations may result in my declining to work with a household in the future. This will be assessed on a case by case basis.

This is in effect immediately and if you have any questions please feel free to reach out. I will be adding this information to both my website and forms over the course of next couple days.
