LoneStar Rising Ranch, LLC, is run by "Farmer Dom" DeFlorio and "Chickie-Mama Gretchen" McCord DeFlorio, with significant help from Miss Adventure, Dora the Explorer, Miss Understood, Miss Placed, Belinda, Carlisle, Red, Lucy, Jayne, Marilyn, Goldie, Twiggy, various other happy hens, and our handsome and brave rooster Westley. Our hens are happy because they spend almost every sunlit hour roaming

the 42 acres of LoneStar Rising Ranch, munching on juicy bugs and fresh, crisp greens as their primary diet. Thus, their eggs provide deep golden yolks and rich, creamy whites. Because our hens come from several species, the eggs vary in size, shape, and color.
