I've been dealing with a multitude of healthy looking wild rabbits in my yard, both up front and in the back.
*How to move these rabbits on?* Hunting season is in November,
both dog and cats have crossed over, their no use now. No poison, save the hawks, and Eagles.
▪︎Would Fox or coyote urine sprayed around the perimeter work?▪︎
Until then, what the rabbits have eaten, and my way of "Rabbit Proofing" my plants.

Some information to help your livestock and rabbits survive inhaling wildfire smoke.
Smoke can affect milk production in mammals, can cause pneumonia, and secondary opportunistic infections. It takes 4-6 weeks for all animals to recover from smoke inhalation.
For prevention of inhalation, there doesn't seem to be much we can do: close all windows (difficult to do), hose down dirt to decrease more dust, keep fresh water near the feed to decrease movement. Don't exercise animals, or any activity that causes an increase in breathing.

Wildfire can be an important tool in maintaining diverse and healthy ecosystems. However, wildfires can also increase greenhouse gas emissions, devastate ecosystems, and decimate animal populations and their habitats, along with homes and other structures, creating hazardous health impacts on humans...

I've strawberries, and herbs: dill, thyme, oregano, coriander,and rosemary. Lavender, yarrow, lilac, apple, and sugar maple branches and leaves. Include stinging nettles, wild rose bush for the stems, and rose hips.
Stinging nettles, and yams.

Hubby has sprayed to kill his weeds, so everything is in containers or in hanging baskets.

Getting ready for spring!

#Rabbits Grann' SF Rabbitry come in many colors here. Black, Blue, Lilac, and working on acquiring other colors.

A rapid way to clean a poopy butt while at a show. Butt should be washed first, but not in a public restroom. This, under normal circumstances, should take a day or two. Unfortunately, when you're at a show, you only have five minutes to clean up. Purchase multiple types of combs, things are dropped, other combs become contaminated, etc.

February's show

This is a lilac SF for those who've never seen this color before.

Blast it all Alexa! Playing "I'm in the middle of a tornado" just to start my day off right, lol.

This almost 2 minute long grooming session at a rabbit show. Name of the game is speed here. At shows, combing out crap has to be done fast, carefully and gently you don't want to be late for the show table. Normally, at home, this short video normally takes a few hours with time for resting in between.

Poor Grann's Smurf, mushy poops from stress, and refusing to eat hay, or probiotic horse cookies. ● How to comb out mushy poops from stress, at a rabbit show. Instead of placing a tad of ☆cornstarch, I dumped it on him to save time, and increase coverage. ☆ Rubbed it in, gross. Proceed to rapidly, but gently comb out the poop while ☆ holding the skin to avoid ripping it. *Removing poop from testicles is very tricky. ☆ Holding onto them securely, ☆ gently combing while wishing you could cut it. < DON'T CUT > the fur! ☆ Combing starts with the feet, ankles, inside the lower legs, belly, tail, and rotate. ☆ The many types of combs I have are for different reasons. The smaller combs are for when they are dropped and I can't bend down. I hope this helps someone learn how to clean mushy poops rapidly, at a 2 day, 5 show event.
