We are a 501c3 animal rescue located near Dallas, TX. We rescue pups from overcrowded shelters, dumped dogs, strays and owner surrenders in the DFW area.

This boy would be the most perfect companion for a retired couple or chill family ❤️

He loves wandering around the yard and is the best squirrel chaser ❤️
He’s very attached to his foster mom and doesn’t get too far from her.

Quincy does well with all of the other pups in his foster home but doesn’t really engage in play with them.

His perfect furever home would be someone who would take him on nice walks, snuggle on the sofa and chill out on the patio with him.

Quincy is 5 years old and weighs 21 lbs. Quincy looks like a miniature golden retriever, but we think he’s a Cocker Spaniel, maybe Dachsund mix (best guess).

Fostering Kylie (Ky) is like having a child who loves to build forts out of the sofa cushions/pillows 🤣 You never know what you’re going to find with her 🩷

She is a two year old scruffy border terrier mix who weighs about 32 lbs. She has a long body, shorter legs and beautiful markings!

Kylie was an only dog with a single guy for 2 years. She was not around other pups and needed more socialization. She settled in at her foster home and is learning how to initiate play with the resident pups (she can play fairly rough and we continue to work on that).
She would be a perfect only pup!

Kylie has a lot of energy and LOVES racing around the yard (she is very fast).
She would love an active owner/couple that could take her on a lot of fun adventures and give her a lot of exercise.

Older kids would be best for her.

She loves treats and chewies!

Kylie is crate trained and potty trained.
If you say kennel to her, she goes straight to her crate and gets in 🩷

This cutie patootie is Sawyer 💙

Sawyer is an 8 1/2 week old Chihuahua mix who currently weighs 2.3 lbs. SO tiny!
His mom, Savannah, is 9.7 lbs. No idea on dad.

Sawyer is a funny little guy with the sweetest personality! He loves checking things out and racing around his playpen.
He also likes to play with his toys and wrestle with his siblings.

Please remember that puppies need a lot of time, patience, positive reinforcement, training and love. If you have that to give and want to meet Sawyer, or his sister Scarlett, please submit an application!

This tiny sweetheart is Scarlett 🩷

Scarlett is 8 1/2 weeks old and currently weighs 2.4 lbs. She’s SO tiny!!
She is a Chihuahua mix.
Her mom, Savannah, is 9.7 lbs. No idea on dad.

Scarlett is a sweet & sassy little girl with a big personality. She is a playful curious little girl who likes to explore and check things out.
She also likes to play with her toys and wrestle with her brothers, Scout and Sawyer. 🩷

Scarlett has thin longer legs like her mom, her brother’s legs are shorter.

This beautiful boy is Goose 💙

We originally thought he may be a Bernadoodle (Bernese Mountain Dog/Poodle Mix) but we now believe he is actually a Portuguese Water Dog.

He is 6 months old and currently weighs 33 lbs. …and yes he needs a little trim up 🙂

Goose is a happy playful pup with a good amount of energy (but not over the top crazy puppy energy).

He is very sweet, extremely smart, listens well, appears to be potty trained, and will go in a crate (but prefers to be near his people).

Goose loves to play outside, run around the yard and splash around in the pool.
He loves food time, chewies, treats and the resident pups!

As mentioned, he also loves to be near his person, cuddling on the sofa and sleeping near them at night.

He would love to find a home where his person is home more than away and definitely needs a backyard and a family that will give him plenty of exercise.

This sweet little lady with the best ears is Savannah 🩷

Savannah is approximately 2 years old and weighs 9.7 lbs.
We believe she is a Chihuahua Mix.

Savannah has been a great mom to her babies but she is ready to start looking for her furever family (she will be spayed next week and then ready to move to her new home).

She loves being a part of the family and
cuddling with her foster mom!

Savannah loves being outside; chasing after the resident pups or sunning on the patio.
She has a lot of energy and loves to play!

This little lady is Lulu 🩷💕

Lulu is a 5 year old, slightly chubby, very sweet chihuahua who weighs 8 lbs.

Lulu’s mom was moved into an assisted living home and the lady she trusted to take care of her left her in a dumpster in Ft. Worth, where luckily she was heard and rescued!
She’s having a spa day today and getting a mani/pedi 💕

Out of a sad experience comes the start of the life she deserves. Lulu has the cutest personality and loves life!

She loves being a part of the family, playing with the resident pups, running around outside and sunning on the patio.
Lulu also loves cuddling with her foster mom!

She is SO sweet (did I already mention that😊).

Lulu would love to be in a home where someone is home more than they are away🩷

Astro had a photoshoot today - check out this handsome boy!!

Astro is 10-11 weeks old and currently weighs 7 lbs. We believe he is a Terrier/Jack Russell mix (best guess- we do not know anything about his mom or dad). Most likely will be a medium size pup.

Astro is a love bug! He loves cuddle time and belly rubs! He loves snuggles, a warm lap and lots of affection. He is a playful curious little guy who likes to check things out and bounce around the yard.
He also likes to play with his toys and wrestle with his brother Clifford.

Wanted to give everyone a quick update on Sweet Charlie Brown 💛🖤

About 4 weeks ago, a very dehydrated and emaciated pup wandered up to one of our volunteers house while she was outside watering plants.

He was covered in fleas and was moving very slowly. She got him in for a warm bath and gave him a capstar to kill all of the fleas.
She had him scanned but he wasn’t chipped. However, he had an old rabies tag on a collar that was embedded into his neck.

Long story short, we found his owners, but they didn’t want him back. We were actually happy about that.

We got him into our vets where we found out that he had a skin infection from flea dermatitis, had a large ear hematoma that would need surgery, has a scratched eye that we treated with antibiotic drops (partially blind), mostly deaf, needed to be neutered and of course… was strong heartworm positive 😣

We moved him to his foster’s home where he started on all of his meds and started eating several small high calorie meals each day.

We took him back to the vets last week for a full blood screen, his foster thought he may be diabetic.
We unfortunately didn’t get the news we were hoping for; he has thyroid, kidney and liver issues, plus several other minor things.
On top of the significant kidney and liver issues, we believe he also has DM (Degenerative myelopathy)- a fatal, progressive disease that affects the spinal cord of dogs.

After discussing the options with our vetrinarian, it was decided that at this point he will be on steroids, anti-inflammatories and pain medication to try to keep him as comfortable as possible.

Sweet Charlie Brown who is almost 12, definitely didn’t deserve the years of pain and neglect that he endured.

I cannot thank his hospice foster, Donna Offen Nies (and her husband) enough. She has given this sweet boy so much love and affection! She’s taken him on daily short walks, made him lots of great meals and given him tons of treats. She even has used a harness to help him get around the house and yard and made a sunning area for him in the yard.

Charlie Brown has finally felt love and what it’s like to be a part of a family.
His foster mom said that he is the sweetest easy going boy that wags his tail every time he sees her.

We aren’t sure how much more time he will have with us, but we do know that he will continue to be loved until his last breath.

This adorable guy is Jackson (Jack Jack) 💙

Jackson is an 11 month old Maltipoo who weighs 11.6 lbs.

Even though Jackson didn’t have the best start to his life, he is a happy playful pup with a good amount of energy.

Jackson loves his foster mom and dad and the older teens that pop in and out to play with him. However, we recently found out that he is not a fan of the small humans.
His furever home will need to be adults only or 13+ teens.

Jack Jack loves to play outside, run around the yard and splash around in the pool.
He loves food time, chewies and treats!

He also loves to be near his person, cuddling on the sofa and sleeping by them at night.

This very sweet little lady is Penelope 💕

Penelope is almost 8 months old and weighs 13 lbs. We think she’s a mix of Jack Russell/Dachshund/Chihuahua and Rat Terrier (our best guess). She has the cutest curly cue tail!
Her pictures don’t do her justice! Shes SO cute! 🩷

Penelope is the happiest, sweetest girl who loves affection. She enjoys running around the yard and then cuddling on the sofa.

She gets along well with all of the other pups at her foster home and is an absolute snuggle bug! She has the sweetest smile!

Mallie

When your buddy is ignoring you so you decide to take a water break and then …. like a ninja ….. he appears! 🤣 Sweet Mallie “Mal” Don’t let the video fool you, this pup is small! Mallie looks like a miniature German Shepherd or Malinois (if there was such a thing) but she is 11 months old and only weighs 23 lbs. Mallie is a sweet, very smart pup who is a little shy with new people but has done amazingly well on socializing and building her confidence at her foster home (she is very very sweet). Mallie 🩷

Smudge in Training

Smudge’s foster mom has been working on training commands with him and he’s doing so well! This is one smart boy! He’s not even 5 months old 💙 He rings the bell to go outside, will hang out in his crate when she’s not home, knows sit, stay, heel, and he is learning to wait to eat his food until given permission.
