Meet the newest addition to the farm, SUE! She is a Dutch Belted, aka Lakenvelder, dairy cow. She's due to calf at the end of the month. Keeping to our vision of raising endangered breeds, Dutch Belted are listed as critically rare with the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy. We can't wait for the little calf running around and the fresh dairy products to come.
