I feel like it’s the end of something very special. I will miss raising baby Sheepadoodles so very much!
I have so many amazing memories and have made so many families lives brighter with my pups.

This is the last litter for a least a couple years so if you’ve been thinking of investing in a quality Mountain View Family Sheepadoodle there are 2 chances left!!
Ruth and Esther are both 5 months old.
I’ve worked extra hard with them. They are housebroken, they know sit, stay and come and are leashed trained.

We are still available
It’s not really bad news though because we are having so much fun and learning a lot!
We are now house broken!! Mom says we haven’t had a single accident in 2 weeks and we stay in the house with her so we can learn good manners. We don’t nip or bite either!
We are raised on country sunshine, love, good real food and hardly any vaccines at all! That means we will be healthy and not have allergies! Mom says she will be sad to see us go but it’s time for us to be with our new families. We are 15 weeks old now!

Mom says contact her for an application and FaceTime call 🐶

Lets talk brushing your long haired dog!
This topic is very heavy in the doodle world. It is talked about a lot as a lot of people don't know about proper long hair coat care.

Ask your questions below about grooming!

Depending on the length you like to keep your dog's coat will determine the amount of brushing needed.
The longer it is the more you need to brush and the shorter you keep it means less brushing.

Daily-Every other day is a MUST to keep your pups coat mat free and healthy To properly brush your dog, you need 3 key things
• Slicker Brush (Long Pin work best)
• Metal Comb
• Conditioning/Detangle Spray

Another key part to brushing is technique and the best technique is called Line Brushing.
Step 1) Part a Small Portion of Hair You can part it with a comb if you want to be extra precise. ...

I have seen so so many pups available, many are as little as $300 and come from non health tested parents with no guarantees against genetic defects. Even some that are upward of 2k only have DNA and cant provide the results. I can confidently offer a 5 year genetic health guarantee and I do

These “breeders” sadden me because this is a potential for a lifetime of medical bills, sadness and even suffering for the owners and the pup. There are always a few diseases common to each specific breed of purebred dog and that’s what makes health testing so important. For example in Old English Sheepdogs one is Autoimmune Thyroiditis so I have had both parents thyroid tested. Another is PRA or progressive retinal atrophy which causes blindness. So I have the parents eyes tested.
One of the most vital tests is for a gene called MDR1 (Multiple Drug Resistance) which makes the breed sensitive to certain medications that can’t leave their brain. That gene can only be found in a DNA test. If a dog with this gene takes heartworm medicine it can easily kill them. That’s why testing is so important! My parents have had every test recommended by the Orthopedic Foundation of America (OFA) for these 2 breeds. Heart, eyes, hips and thyroid.
There’s so much more than just pairing a couple of dogs together that goes into being a quality breeder and it breaks my heart that someone will get a pup with genetic defects, not be able to afford the care it needs and it will possibly end up in a shelter.

I kept forgetting to post the car rides. Today I took a short video showing how there doing with it. Not bad at all. Last week everyone vomited. This week progress with just drooling.
And a fannie/pedi is like a mani/pedi except they get their private parts (f***y) trimmed and their nails trimmed…. Fannie/Pedi 😄

I just love what a good Momma Tilly Bear is! Up until a few days ago she was still being asked to be let in and nursing the pups. It’s almost like she knows no more babies. The antibodies in her milk is so good for them and why I dont vaccinate starting at 8,10 and 12 weeks (some as early as 6 weeks)
The antibodies in her milk render the vaccine useless and therefore it’s just irritating their immune system for no good reason. The pups immune system will attack itself since there is no disease to fight as the mother’s antibodies are already passed down to them and fighting it for them. Over vaccination is the cause of allergies, itching and even cancer the experts say.
It’s a little hard to explain but complete scientific fact.
Really, one well timed vaccine is all they need and then a TITER test to check the blood for antibodies. Antibodies are typically good for life. I test my dogs every 7 years.
Annual boosters are a revenue source only. We don’t get yearly boosters against measles, mumps and rubella as we were vaccinated as kids and have the antibodies now.
Do not let the vets pressure you into the boosters. Find another vet if they do.
