It’s with great sadness that I have to say our sweet ol’ lady laid down & peacefully passed away Friday evening. She will definitely be missed around here; although, she was a loner & refused to allow anyone to touch her, she always wanted to know you cared & loved her afternoon meals.

“Horses in Heaven. Wouldn’t that be something.”

Our sweet, sweet Ol’ Slim Shady laid down Friday afternoon & never stood back up until he trotted his way into Heaven. He passed away peacefully sometime between Friday night & early Saturday morning with all his donkey & horse friends surrounding him. He was truly loved around here & will be severely missed. RIL my ol’ yellow friend

Well it’s been a crazy busy weekend as usual, but I wanted to give a big shout out to Rick Beaver for floating all of the horses teeth & being able to get a clear reading on Grey’s tattooed lip.

His registered number is O07359.

Just wanted to give a quick update on how much these beautiful babies are lovin’ life right now! They’re all healthier than they’ve ever been under our care. Thanks to the Horse’s Hiney & their quality hay.

Slim Shady’s starting to gain his weigh back; Red & Gray will be going under saddle within the next couple of weeks & those DONKEYS!! No words can express the love we have for each other!!

Good morning ever’one! Just wanted to give everyone a quick update on our current status. The new location is gorgeous & lookin’ more like home everyday! We’ll be moving our five horses & four donkeys within the next week. Please be in prayer for these nine animals! Where they’re currently located is no longer a safe place. Unstable people are all around, constantly doing evil for no good reason. They asked us to leave. They said they were being nice & giving us 30 days. Now, I’m not going into details, but I’ve had to get the cops & the Pulaski County Prosecutors involved. Police reports have been filed that could lead to felony charges. The cops suggested harassment charges against the landowner’s son & filing charges against him & the others out there if any of the animals are abused, or removed by anyone other than our rescue before the end of the month. If anyone would like to help with the move please PM me & I’ll letcha know the date & time; otherwise, please ask that God keep a hedge of protection around these precious animals until they can be safely removed from this dangerous location.

Well last night, our equine rescue, Saved by Grace, was given 30 days to get off our 5 year leased land. (Not a legal written notice by any means, squirrelly minion sent a text, 🙄 but a notice non the less, so we’re moving on up!!!)

PM me if anyone is willing & able to help move 5 horses & 4 donkeys from Northern Pulaski Co to Romance, AR? Doesn’t have to be done all in one day, or in one trip. It just needs to be done before October 1st & thank you in advance for your love & kindness!!

Just a story I heard.

BRUSH out your horse’s Fairy Reins. Don’t ever cut them out.

As the story goes, when a child dies, it makes all the angels in Heaven cry, and their tears make it too hard to see, to bring that child to Heaven.

So the fairies rush to help. But the fairies are so small, that they can’t make it all the way to Heaven on their own.

So they braid a rein into a horse’s mane and borrow the horse in the dark of night to get the child up to Heaven.

When you cut out a Fairy Rein, or roach a horse’s mane, they can’t borrow your horse.
