$12.00+tax per adult (16yrs and up)
$10.00+tax per child (2yrs-15yrs)
Under 2yrs is free! (Weekends only until June 24th..then open daily for the summer)

No Pets Allowed. No smoking on zoo grounds. Only feed the animals food that we provide.

Superhero day is coming up soon and we wanted to get the word out that Real life superheroes and their families will enjoy the lowered admission of $8.00 per person on this day! This Saturday night, July 5th, is our annual "Kid's Night Out" event here at Fort Rickey and the weather is looking lovely! Enjoy campfires and s'mores, play the scavenger hunt game and win prizes, watch cartoons on the big screen after dark, get wild on the Wild Creatures Playland, play with goats, walk with deer, pet the snake, and so much more!
Dad's ice cream truck will be on site serving up delicious treats!

Update! StoryBook Princess Theme Day is still on for Tomorrow, Saturday June 28th 10am-4pm! Enjoy visiting with 7 different princesses here at Fort Rickey! There will be a song time at 12:15pm, story time at 1pm, kids character parade at 1:30pm, games with prizes at 2pm, face painting available throughout the day, and of course all the enchanting encounters with your favorite animal friends! Fort Rickey will be closed Monday, June 23rd and Tuesday, June 24th due to the extreme heat, ongoing clean up from the storm, and flooding on the roads. We're working hard to keep the animals comfortable, everyone's doing ok!

It's almost time! What a great way to celebrate the beginning of summer!! 🌞 This Saturday, the 21st, is our first Adults Night Out of the season and we can't wait!! In a world dominated by video screens, it is important to provide children opportunities to get outdoors and connect with nature. At Fort Rickey, children are encouraged to feed the deer, cuddle with the baby goats and pet the shiny scales of a python or the prickly quills of a porcupine. Even our playgrounds focus on natural play and exploration.
