We had a great day of volunteers who rolled up their sleeves and did some dirty work around the ranch! We appreciate everyone who came out and braved the heat and bugs to help make our facility even better! Lots of kids came out to learn about horses and the work involved in keeping horses safe and healthy. Stay tuned for upcoming reels showing what a busy but fun day we had.

HONEY has been ADOPTED!! She now has two little kids to love!! Great new beginning for this sweet little horse!

Honey is as sweet as her name. This good ol girl was adopted through our GoldColt Rescue, and only due to a life change of her loving family, she’s been returned to us to find her next family to love.
Honey is a 12 year old grade, pony size horse. At 14’3 ish, she’s right at the edge of pony to horse which makes her the right size for kids and small adults who need a short horse. She fits standard tack which is nice.
She’s broke to ride, nothing fancy. She’s safe, sound, and zippy so she’d make a great step up play day horse for a handy kid. Not phased by anything, she’s a trail machine. She’s great on lead line for the little ones, but a bit too forward to be a total babysitter.
Come try her out at GoldColt Rescue and meet Ava and her Emu her emu Blue. Located south of Rosenberg. She’s up to date on Coggins and Vaccinations.
