Through our Rehabilitation and Integrative Medicine Department, your pet will receive a thorough physical examination, along with functional and pain assessments, that may include diagnostics to determine the best possible treatment. Say hi to sweet Maddie! 🐶🐾 Maddie came to MarQueen after suffering severe abdominal and internal injuries from a dog attack. Our Emergency team immediately stabilized her, and the following day, Dr. Walsh and team performed surgery to repair her injuries and start her journey toward recovery. Maddie spent over a week in our hospital, receiving round-the-clock care from our dedicated veterinarians, technicians, and assistants. Dog bite wounds are a common injury we treat, but Maddie’s case was one of the most severe we’ve encountered.

Thanks to her incredible fighting spirit, the expertise of our team, and the unwavering love and support of her family, Maddie made an inspiring recovery and is now back home with the people who adore her. Wishing Maddie and her family a joyful holiday season and a Happy New Year!

He went on to a rotating Small Animal Medicine and Surgery internship at Oradell Animal Hospital, followed by a Specialty Surgical internship at Medvet New Orleans. He has a special interest in surgery and emergency medicine.

Cash is a beloved patient of our oncology service. He was diagnosed in 2022 with cutaneous epitheliotropic lymphoma. Initially treated with surgery, he has since undergone multiple rounds of different chemotherapeutic agents, including CCNU, variations of COP protocols, L-asparaginase, and Tanovea. He is a trooper and has had beautiful responses to therapy, all while maintaining a wonderful quality of life at home. 🐶🐾 Our team enjoys Cash's visits and his variety of outfits for every season! He is rocking life while he fights his cancer!
