Our all natural, ethically raised rabbit treats are available for your fur babies!

The menu is as follows:

$17- Whole rabbit (all the furry bits)
$10- Half rabbit (half of the furry bits)
$12- 6 pack of chew hides
$7- Ears, feet, and tail
$14- Front legs (dehydrated low and slow to prevent the bones from splintering)
$12- Jerkey strips
$14- The kitty friendly organ treats

And for the more adventurous (medium to large breed) dog who loves a good crunch, I have whole frozen rabbit heads available as well.
These make for nutritious and delicious pupsicles.

I apologize for not responding to messages regarding dog treats.

The last few days were extremely ruff here.
We lost another one of our bad dogs.
Ella crossed the Rainbow Bridge to join Riley on the other side.

All of our treats are packaged and ready to go but we will get back to it this weekend.

Let's talk cats!

Our feline friends are obligate carnivores AKA hypercarnivores (which sounds super cool)
This means they have a higher protein requirement than the average beast.

Rabbit offal (heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys) provide an EXCELLENT source of protein along with iron, vitamins A,D, E, K, B6, B12 and phosphorus, niacin, and selenium.

I'm excited to be offering offal cat treats!
Once I work out the details, I'll post more information.

The unfortunate thing about having rabbit dog treats is, I only have the treats as long as I have the rabbits 😅🤣

Well, good news! I have them and We are going to be back in stock of our rabbit treats by the 1st weekend of April!

I'm excited to announce the newest treats in the lineup!
Rabbit jerkey and rabbit legs!

The legs are dehydrated low and slow so the bones done splinter, so they're safe, delicious and nutritious. (Recommended for medium to heckin big dogs)

The jerkey can be cut into smaller pieces for your tiny fur kids or given whole to the ones who've been extra good

I've recently had some inquiries about my questionable choice for dog treat medium so...
Storytime!

Due to health reasons, I had to stop making my grain based dog treats that everyone loved.
After a year or so out of business, I was itching to get back into it. I love making treats and making dogs happy!

I raise meat rabbits for my family and make dog treats out of the organs, hides, feet, and ears.
It's like the pigs' ears and bullysticks you get from the store, but with no preservatives.
It comes straight off the animal, into my dehydrator and them in the freezer, until it goes to my customers
As a vet tech, ethically raised meat is important to me and I don't waste a thing 😉
I think that all animals are cute. Cows are cute, pigs are cute, chickens are cute.
The cuteness factor doesn't stop the fact that they are for meat. I understand where people are coming from though.
I didn't eat meat with bones in it for most of my life.
Once we decided to start homesteading, I realized I had to get past that if I'm going to be raising my own meat.
I had a lot more respect for my meat once I learned about it.
How the animals are treated and raised by big corporations.
It made me cry! But I am a meat eater and that certainly wasn't going to change.
So breeding, raising, caring for, and humanely dispatching my own meat (not only is it healthier than store bought meat) makes my family more self-sufficient and less reliant on the store.
We haven't bought chicken in about 2 years.
We do buy red meat from time to time but for the most part, we eat a ton of rabbit.
Did you know, 4 rabbits (1 buck and 3 does) can produce as much meat in a year as 1 cow.
The cost for raising rabbits is considerably cheaper than raising 1 cow also.
It is the leanest meat out there, so for people with health problems like heart disease, high cholesterol etc. it is actually a fantastic choice.
I can literally talk about homesteading and rabbit raising ALL DAY!!!

Hey there, Bad Dog fans.

It's been a while and I do apologize for being gone for so long.

I had to stop making grain-based dog treats for my health and making gluten-free dog treats just isn't an option, financially.
Anyone who eats gluten-free knows how expensive it is.
I just couldn't charge that much for dog treats.

During my absence in the cookie kitchen, I've come up with a healthy (very different) alternative to everyone's favorite peanut butter dog cookies.

I have been raising meat rabbits for a few years now and have been indulging my pups with the fruits of my labor. I'm now making my treats out of rabbit hides, ears, and feet. It is something that my dogs live for!

I'm currently also working on finding a way to make cat treats. That is for the future though.
I will be looking for feline taste testers when the time comes.
