STOLEN BY KELLY SOUTHERN
UPDATE: Binks was stolen Halloween weekend 2020 by my daughters upstairs neighbor KELLY SOUTHERN. Photo of Binks yesterday in Kelly's window. WPB Police has came twice to her door Kelly and her boyfriend refuse to open to speak to police. There is 2 witnesses, one saw her grab him in October and the other said she verbally admitted taking him. My daughter caught her off guard with police yesterday and she refused to have her "cats" scanned and would not allow police in her home or even see any of her animals. She has 4 cats including my daughters and a dog all locked up in her bedroom which you hear barking and loud meow cries all day and night. Police can not do anything without her permission and animal control officers can not do anything without the police approval. THIS IS HORRIBLE AND CRUEL! If anyone knows Kelly Southern 20 yr old white female or her mother Jennifer Southern or any info to try and get Binks back please contact 561-358-2591.
