For any of you that have birthdays around Christmas, you know the feeling of not being loved like your siblings who have birthdays any other darn time of the year. I’ve always said, that will not be the case for my kids. So today, July 27, 7 months from Rye’s last birthday, we had a birthday party for her and her two friends, Hemingway and Trixie. Hemingway always has a frisbee or tennis ball in his mouth and Trixie, very seldom has one in hers, but today was a different day, it was a birthday party! When you want to throw your pup a birthday party, Rye is always willing to have others over to make their day, the best day.
When thinking about boarding your dog/dogs, what is their experience like? Is it 3 hots and a cot or is there any enrichment and socialization involved? You will always get more when using our services! Give your pups what they deserve!
What tricks can your pets do? Our Rye is a true wide receiver!
Last week we had our first annual tennis ball drop. Rye came out as the clear winner in the event. We hope to have more contestants in the near future. Make sure you reach out if your dog is needing added stimulation and enrichment. We’ve got a busy March ahead but still have room to fit your fur babies into our schedule! Call today, 859-760-7314
We had two play dates with Patch yesterday. As we continue to grow our customer base, it’s amazing how these dogs remember who we are and just get excited to see us. Not going to lie, when Rye shows up, I think it’s even more special for them. Lots of play time and a nice sunny day to boot makes it even more fun, for me at least, as I don’t think they could care less. Hope you had a great time Patch. Until next time, hold down the fort!
Yesterday we had the honor of watching Cooper and Keegan as their parents took a day trip to My Old Kentucky Dinner Train in Bardstown Kentucky. Cooper and Keegan got to play with Rye for the first time. There was not a whole lot of playing as they were unsure of what was going on but Rye tried to make it as playful as she could. But the 6th hour they actually started warming up and enjoyed the next hour and half watching tv on the couch. They’re such sweet pups as most would agree if you’ve ever met them. Here are some pics of them and some pics of Rye trying to get them to play. Thanks again for trusting us with your pups!
