*Transporter must be USDA registered for a minimum of 1 year
*If your customer has already left you feedback previously, they won't be counted if they repost. The goal is to build the groups feedback, not repeat it.
*The customer leaving the review must have a profile that's at least 1 year old. We will reserve the right to request info to verify suspicious profiles.
*Transporter must not have consistent negative complaints, that are substantiated with proof, that involve the following...
Failed to show and didn't refund type complaints
Hurt pets
Lost pets
Sick pets
*The transporter must not have any admins/mods blocked
*Our regular group rules will apply in regards to standby nannies, brokers, sub-contractors and referral for a fee businesses
