Good evening friends! Krystal is back! Our crew is back in action!
We want to once again remind everyone of our cancelation policy- please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule and appt, so we have time to fill your spot. We had too many no shows this past week to count, which causes us to lose several hundred dollars that we could have easily replaced had we been able to fill the empty spots off of our waiting list. A $25 no call/no show fee will be applied to your next appt as a result.
We also are beginning to raise our prices. The cost of our supplies and equipment has gone up significantly over the last several years but our prices have mostly remained the same. Some of you won’t see any change, but we are starting to add additional fees for matting, behavior, excessive undercoat etc. We have done some pricing comparisons in our area and will be charging closer to the overall average in New England. If you have any questions please feel free to ask!

Hello everyone! We just want to remind everyone of our cancelation policy. We have had several no shows the last couple weeks and when we don’t know you aren’t coming we cannot fill your spot from our lengthy waitlist. Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, if we don’t get a 24 hour notice we charge a $20 no show fee. We do know things happen and there are emergencies etc that don’t allow you to do that but if you can please give us as much notice as possible. Thank you!

Hello everyone! For those asking, yes Krystal had her baby! Everyone is happy and healthy; please bare with us as we try our best to get everyone groomed and answer phone calls/messages!

Good evening folks! The shop will be closed the remainder of the week, July 4-6. We will reopen Tuesday the 9th!

We also want to let everyone know that Krystal is getting very close to the end of her pregnancy and will be not only slowing down significantly the next couple of weeks but will likely be starting maternity leave early. We may have to reschedule some folks so please bare with us over the next few weeks as we find everyone a spot and send Krystal safely and calmly off to deliver baby girl!

Hello everyone! We just wanted to make a post to remind everyone that summer is busy season! We are currently booked for several weeks and with Krystal nearing the end of her pregnancy she will be slowing down so be sure to take that into account when making appointments! With that being said we are trying to keep up with returning everyone’s calls but our main focus is your precious pets while they are with us so we may not be able to return calls or even answer phones right away so please bare with us!! We appreciate you all and hope everyone is having a wonderful summer so far 🥰

Happy spring everyone! With warmer weather we would just like to remind everyone that it is our busy season and we are booking up fast and are currently booking about 2-4 weeks out, Saturdays are full until June. Also, our groomer Krystal is pregnant and due in August so she will be slowing down as we get closer to then. Thank you all!

Hello friends! We are starting to see dogs getting skunked already, so be aware when you’re taking your dogs outside. If they DO get skunked, here is some handy information! DONT GET THEM WET!! Wetting your dog will seal the smell in 🤢🤮 Happy Spring!
