The LAST word I would ever describe myself or my business would be PERFECT.
With each visit, whether it's a new client or someone we've had for a while, I feel like I'm learning.
I strive to pursue my professionalism with Fear Free Certificates, CPDT-KA, webinars, p*ers, mentors and all around experience. My standards are higher than most (it's a Virgo thing)
When I have a client say they didn't feel satisfied, we didn't meet their expectations, they feel they didn't get what they needed, I can't explain how much I take it to heart. I'm a pet mama too and I know that feeling and I never want anyone to feel that way, which is why I started this business to begin with. Luckily it's been very far and few in between.
All this to say: this isn't about me. This is about making sure your pets are loved, cared for, safe and happy. It always has been and as we learn and grow and make these little mistakes, it always will be.
