Remi, voted most likely to steal your heart, is such a joy to be around. He is such a delight in every way. Rue is probably the calmest kitten of her litter. That doesn’t mean that she doesn’t have her fair share of kitten energy, but she also enjoys chilling on someone’s lap or chest. She is very easy going and has made friends with all of the cats, and people, that she has met. Rue is a confident and well-rounded kitten and will do well in any home environment as long as she gets a lot of love and attention.

 Remi and his sister Rue are the last two of their litter to find homes and they need to be adopted together. These two are such a great pair of kittens and will make a great addition to any family.

Marcel is eagerly awaiting for another estimate for his and his littermate’s eyelid cryotherapy procedures. We have 7 cats that have eyelid agenesis. Basically their eyes are underdeveloped so their eyelids roll under causing the eyelashes to scratch their eyeballs. Obviously that’s very irritating and uncomfortable. The last estimates we got were $2k+ for each cat- also irritating and uncomfortable! That is not within our budget so we are really hoping for a miracle!

I also want to give a *huge shout out* to our amazing foster families who have been fostering this litter (and several other special-needs cats) for months and months on end. You are HEROES! 🧡😻

Tiger is a six month old sweet and purrrfectly silly kitten. He is a short haired tabby with very unique tabby stripes and coloring. His rescue story was kismet, he is one very lucky little boy that was found in the middle of the road one night, by a chance cat-friendly couple on vacation driving through Fresno of all places! The couple nearly ran him over, but luckily saw him in the nick of time and stopped to scoop him up. The next morning they checked with the local shelter, which was unfortunately full at the time. The couple had no choice but to continue on their vacation with a new furry passenger in tow. Tiger and his rescuers drove north on their planned vacation and as luck would have it, they’re ran into a sweet lady feeding feral cats the next evening. They discovered that this sweet cat lady also fostered kittens for a local cat rescue. Fortunately the timing worked out purrrfectly for little Tiger to join the rescue, get all his medical needs met, and have a safe and loving home to grow up in foster care.
For the scary ordeal that Tiger went through as a tiny tot, you would never know it. He is a very happy and sweet little guy with a fun and gentle disposition. Tiger loves his people and will come running to you when called, he’s a people kitty. Tiger’s favorite thing to do is to cuddle, he is constantly climbing into his foster mom’s lap for some love and scritches. Tiger loves to snuggle close up under your chin and drift off to sleep in your safe and loving arms. He occasionally likes cuddling under the covers with his foster mommy, how sweet, right?
Tiger loves to play with his foster’s resident kitties, soccer balls, wand toys and anything else he can chase. Tiger has learned to come when we whistle, which means it’s time to eat! It’s also a handy way to find missing kittens in your home when they disappear for a nap somewhere small and cozy. Tiger is a very smart and polite little guy that has also learned what the word ‘No’ means. It comes in handy as you acclimate your new kitten into your home. Tiger has a sweet personality and is a very quiet little guy.
Tiger has been around adult cats in his foster home, but has yet to be introduced to dogs or children. With his easy going personality, Tiger will adjust easily to a new home with other pets, and be friendly with the smaller variety of humans too. Just be mindful for a proper introduction for both your resident pets, and for Tiger’s sake.
Tiger is ready for his forever home and to be scooped up into your loving arms and be held like a baby. Please consider meeting him and giving this magnificent wee beastie a family of his very own❤️🐾

Awwww lovely update on Precious!!!

We’re so happy to share with all of you that Precious, the amputee kitten who started in our physical rehabilitation program, has been adopted by one of our technicians!👏❤️
Precious will continue her rehabilitation with us and we’re so excited to see her grow stronger, more balanced, and have the best life!
If you have a pet that suffers from arthritis, an injury, or who has had TPLO surgery, an amputation, etc we would love to help them feel their best through our rehab services ☺️

Adult cats are amazing! You know what you’re getting! I have adopted cuddly kittens that turned out to be total aloof punks and crazy kittens turned out to be total lovers. You just never know what you’re gonna get with kittens- but adults are a much safer bet! This kitty looks extra precious!

Welcome to Mission Meow cutie patooties!
One of our independent trappers had TNR’d a whole colony, but then just recently found these kittens so we took them in. Trappers do SO much work. Even though we are full we just couldn’t let these babies be returned to the wild since we caught them right at the socialization cut off age. They are progressing very well. 🧡

Initially their new hoomans were only going to adopt one to be a buddy to their six month old kitten at home, but when they saw this dynamic duo it was done deal! Who can resist Siamese twins? NO ONE! 💙💙

😻Special Needs Cats😻 Please share😻

Well these cutie patooties came into our rescue a few months ago with their mama. We thought they would get adopted fast since they were super cute, chubby, healthy and mom raised. We noticed their eyes looked a little bit squinty, but we just chalked it up to their kittenhood adorableness but as they got bigger, we could see that their eyelids were not quite normal. At a whopping $360 per exam at the vet eye specialist we have had to get one at a time assessed. Two more are going in the 11th. So this past week we finally got a diagnosis. Eyelid agenesis. Basically their upper eyelids are underdeveloped, so it’s making some of their eyelashes rub against their eyeballs, causing discomfort as you can imagine. And it’s not cheap to fix. 😳😭 (See quote in pictures). AND we have several of them, at least four cats.

*We are so grateful to those who donate to us to help these kitties get the procedure necessary. * We believe it will take us quite a while to work through all of the kitties to get them their procedure because it’s so expensive, but we will prioritize the ones that seem the most uncomfortable first. It’s a very specialized procedure so only certain vets are qualified to do it. We are also putting feelers out there to see if there are any veterinary professionals who would be willing to do this at a bulk rate LOL! Please share this post and maybe we will get a fortunate response.

Happiest news!!! Mama Pearl got adopted to the most lovely lady! She will be the queen of the castle as the only cat 👑 🐱 and she will have her person all to herself in a nice, quiet home! This is the exact scenario we were hoping for!
We are so super thankful to all of our donors who made her surgery and her happy ending possible!!! And to top it off- all her babies got adopted too this week!

Double Trouble Duo- oops I mean two peas in a pod- Leo & Meow Meow are the life of the party! These brothers have places to go & things to do so come along for an adventure! Wrestling with each other is their favorite thing to do. Oh and toys! Lots of toys! Make sure your paycheck has a toy allowance LOL! After the zoomies wear off, then it's time to snuggle or pass out in the sunshine spot of the house. But don't expect that before playtime LOL! Adoption day!👏🏻👏🏻 Precious was adopted by one of the Vet techs at the rehab center! How exciting is that?! She will continue her physical therapy and will send us some updates. Precious also has two other feline buddies waiting for her at her new home!

We are so very thankful to our monthly donors and special donors who made this rescue possible. It cost well over $2000 for her care and months of loving fostering by Kim. It takes a village!
