Our rats are family members first and breeders second. We do not provide any rats for use in dog sports.

Yesterday we had to say good bye to one of our favorite dwarfs who got sick very suddenly. Wesley was from our sister rattery and just had the best little personality. I really wish rats could live longer. 🥺

I know everyone is really excited about babies and updates but we've had a very rough week here, we lost one of Luna's babies as well, plus recovering my other favorite rat from surgery. Please be patient with us.

Raising rats is not always easy on our hearts. 😭

Hey everyone. I wanted to let you all know that we had Rowan neutered this morning.

We are always completely transparent with our adopters and unfortunately a few months after his second litter of pups he started getting grumpy with his cagemates. This can be a sign of hormonal aggression and can pop up in any line. His case is pretty mild. No injuries to his ratty friends and no problems with people.

I will be ending his line on the male side and not risking my holdback boys from his last litter by breeding them. Our sister ratteries have taken on that project for us and will be keeping a close eye on his kids they took home and working out any further issues.

Rowan has not been bred since September of last year and none of our current litters are affected.

If anyone has any questions, please let me know.

Sabine's kids are out of the nest and running around! They are 16 days old and already trying solids. They're driving their mom nuts and are so cute! ❤️ I can barely get anything done around the house because I just want to stare at them all day. 😂
