Hole'd Up Rabbitry Sales Policy

Thank you for buying or considering a purchase with Hole'd Up Rabbitry. It is important to know that we do not sell our animals based off a waiting list. Purchases are first come first served. All sales are final. We are a closed facility, and no sales will take place on our property. Sales will take place at a mutually agreed location or through transportation services. Buyers are responsible for transport arrangements. We ask for 50% of the animal's sale price as a downpayment. Payments will be transferred through PayPal. We will not sell animals to those under the age of 18. Hole'd Up Rabbitry reserves the right to sell, discontinue sales, or deny sales to anyone, at any point in time. Animals will not be sold under the ages of 8-12 weeks (varies between breeds). If the rabbit(s) of the buyers choice choice die(s) while in our care, a replacment will be offered if one is avalible. In the case that there is not a replacement, then and only then, will a payment be refunded. Rabbits will leave our rabbitry's care in good health, at appropriate age, and when we have recieved full payment from the buyer. Once animals are out of our care, they are no longer our responsibility. We are not liable for the health and/or treatment of your animal after it is given to transport or owner(s). In the event that the animal is not picked up from our planned arrangments, sales will be terminated, your animal(s) and payment will be forfeited after 24 hours. If a downpayment is put on a rabbit(s) and the considering purchaser backs out, there will not be a refund. With the purchase, new owners will recieve a tattooed and pedigreed rabbit(s), as well as transition food. If a pet rabbit is bought, a pedigree will not be given for that animal. Our rabbits drink from water bottles, if not, buyers will be told differently. Please note that rabbits, as any other animal, are a commitments. Went out to check bunnies lost my tri mini lop buck, he was so sweet, all others are ok, blew fuses, guess going to be a bad night tonight

With this weather, my bunnies are out of wind, but it’s 32 with heaters on, they can’t keep up with it, Their water was frozen but thawed it out, hopefully after tonight this storm will be half over and getting warmer, It hurts my heart for them to go through this, all hayed and hopefully making it through another night, prayers for others going through the same thing!!

This is what it’s all about, all my hard work with my mini rex, for the last 10+ years!!! Had no clue I got a trophy, I think the largest breed was NZ’s…. Very proud of myself!! On to Albion!!!

I have no clue where my post went, but I’m awake now and will reply to it all…. I had the conversation with Alyssa, about the split p***s, and the last thing she wrote me was she was talking him to the vet. Never heard from her again, so I thought that the chin buck was just fine, but since my partner and I joined Rabbitry’s I have had issues with my bunny page, we were on the phone trying to fix it, then I come across the review. I thought how come she would do that, so I did what I did last night, yes 2 wrongs don’t make a right but, had I been contacted and shown the Dr’s note saying that he was split, I would have payed for vet bill, plus given the money back for him. The only reason I kept him is my daughter’s 4-h group has an Easter sale and was going to sell him there, if no one wanted him, since I got a new chin buck from Three Moons, and wanted new blood. He went to Crawford and Albion fairs, you would think that the ARBA judges would have DQ’d him for being split then? Had I got the chance to make it right trust me I definitely would have, that being said, I normally don’t do drama, but when attacked, would you eat it or defend yourself?? Most people would defend themselves!
