One of our favorite things about Scott Smith’s All Animal Expo is seeing how much it means to families, especially the next generation of animal lovers.
Before one of our recent shows, a mom named Beccy reached out to us with a simple message — her daughter absolutely loves the expo, loves reptiles, and has been counting the days until she can finally get her very first one.
That message stuck with us.
So we told her to come find us at the show… because we wanted to do something special.
When they stopped by, we were able to gift her some expo gift cards that can be used just like cash with any one of our vendors. Beccy was completely blown away — she told us she thought it might just be a small trinket or something, not something that special. Seeing her daughter’s face light up was a moment we won’t forget.
What made it even more meaningful was hearing that they had already spent a lot of time learning and talking with All Animal Educators, soaking up knowledge and getting hands-on with the animals. That’s exactly what this show is all about — creating a place where families can learn, connect, and fall in love with the animal world together.
It’s not just animals.
It’s not just vendors.
It’s little moments that turn into lifelong memories.
It’s that spark in a child’s eyes when they realize their dream is getting closer.
Thank you Beccy and family for trusting us with such a special moment in your daughter’s journey into the reptile world. We’re honored to be a small part of a very big memory.
