Rhea has been confirmed pregnant with her retirement litter via ultrasound! Rhea x Bradley is a go!

Her due date is around August 10th! We will be taking her in the beginning of August to get an X-ray for the official count… so stay tuned!

The day has come and the first one to fly the coop is sweet Fish Bowl, now known as Doc. He is going to live on a family farm with 2 little children a couple hours south in Florida🥰. We are so excited for him and his new family. Thank you for the beautiful gift. That was so thoughtful🥰

Well… the next photos you all will see will be their going home pics. This is week 7 photos (aka the grand finale). The crew will get their 8 week health certificates and vaccines on Wednesday. And the puppies will start to fly the coop starting Friday🥹💕

On the bright side… in case you haven’t figured it out Hazey is going to be staying here at Stump Hill as Brooke. We are excited to grow her into the little sport dog that she’s already showing to be♥️

Thank you to Balthrop Bend Springer Spaniels for letting us use THE best boy for the sire of this litter. There hasn’t been a day that we regret using Brooks (except now that Brooke is becoming a giraffe💀). He was vital in giving us our perfect little Brookies💕

Thank you to everyone who endlessly supports us and our program. We do it for you and more importantly the puppies. We will have a year or so hiatus on breeding to put our focus on titling and bettering our dogs and giving them all of our love.

Where work meets play

Week 5 is here and it’s all going by too fast😭

The babies had their first bath this week (courtesy of mush play time) and an elementary course to a force dryer. Their handling has been on track and progressing on. They even have got to go to their outdoor play pen (they get their outside ground/grass pen after their first vaccines).

The pups have begun their intro to crate training with one big crate for all of them. We are going begin individual crates this week.

Everyday they get so much more confident and their personalities are really starting to bloom.

We do all of this to give you the best puppy we can. We want to give our breed the justice it deserves.

We still have two perfect pups looking for their places🩵

Thanks for hooking us up with the quail. They're being put to good use! This was Nyx's first quail exposure and she did fantastic. She was a little hesitant to pick it up but I think it's because she was trying to figure out how to grab the bird. Time will tell.

Let's see what everyone thinks. We always do a goody box for all our new puppy owners to help them with the ride home as well as the first couple of days in their new homes. We do this to help new owners to get to enjoy their new family member versus running out to get necessary items. What are some things you have liked or disliked about baskets you have received from us or other breeders that you may have gotten a puppy from?
