I would like everyone to meet Miss Pico! She is my new working dog. For anyone wondering why I have been really quite for the past while I have been in training with this crazy girl! That being said this does mean I am entering a new page of my life and not planning to do as many board and trains, however I will still be doing some nail trims now that I am back as well as some full grooms for small dogs or large non haircut dogs!

New Dog Training Programs!

It's been almost a year since I opened Mint City Mutts and have been so blessed to work with dozens of wonderful people and help their pups become the best they can be!

I started with only the 2 and 3 week board and train so this year I have decided to expand and add PRIVATE IN-HOME LESSONS, 1 WEEK BOARD AND TRAINS, and 3 DAY WEEKEND BOARD AND TRAINS!

Helping take your pup from chaos to classy!

It has almost been one year since I took on my first client at Mint City Mutts. I have been so blessed to have worked with so many wonderful pups! In honor of my 1 year anniversary anyone who signs up for training in the months of July or August will get a mystery amount off training, any where from $100-500 off!

I am so excited to see what another year brings and can't wait to work with many more wonderful dogs!

Bear and Milo got to visit high caliber for the first time! Both of these handsome boys are looking for a person of their very own!

Bear is a 2 year old bernese mountain dog. He is fully trained on and off leash with all his basic commands. He does need a home with no kids or older kids thinking 6th grade and above. He has been a bit testy with the other dogs but nothing to bad and is settling in and getting better.

Milo is a 1.5 year old pit/lab/husky. When he came he really struggles with jumping and mouthing everything. He has done a lot better and honestly is the biggest love bug ever! He is great with other dogs and cats, kids, strangers he loves them all! He is doing good with training and will be full trained on and off leash, he has about a week left of training.

Hey everyone sorry I have been a little MIA lately I have been taking a much needed mental break. But now I am back with some exciting news!

June 20th I will start on as the new groomer at Animal Lodge! I will be there Monday-Friday 9am-4pm(last appointment time) so give them a call today to set up your appointment as I will be booking up pretty fast!

I STILL HAVE OPENINGS THAT WEEK!

I will also still be doing board and trains for anyone looking for training! I may also start selling dog treats again also!

Puppy lessons (5 months and under) run for 5 weeks Starting June 3rd - $150 (limited spots available)

Basic Obedience (5 months and older) run for 5 weeks Starting June 3rd - $200 (limited spots available)

Private Lessons (Any age) - call/text/message to discuss your pups needs - $100

***One day Dog Training Clinic! June 5th 10am-5pm lunch is provided and we will be covering all the basic obedience! - $250 (only 5 spots open)

Most of you know that I train most of my dogs for distractions in High Caliber. I told them I was coming in today since it was my birthday and finally going to try out the Go-Karts and rage room.... look what was painted for me! It was a blast and I they have the best staff ever! Thank you so so much! Especially Nate for the awesome TV painting!

I learned I am not aggressive what so ever..... I tried to be aggressive..... I felt aggressive.....I wasn't aggressive....😒

Both of these doggos are amazing! Stella was so proud of herself at the end. Jethro did his best 🥰 we are going to keep building up that distance with him so he can make it all the way next time! I am so lucky to be working with these puppers! (No they do not belong to the same house. Each has their own family)

Took both Jethro and Stella to the pond today! They loved having that freedom of being off leash and getting to explore and I love having that confidence in them being off leash! No worrying they will chase something, no fearing they will run off, no anxiety of being off leash, just enjoying nature and having fun!

First bike ride of the year! We went almost 5 miles! Opal ran most of it but I did make her ride maybe about a mile!
