🎉 What a year it’s been at Buns in The Sun! 🐾

We spent 2024 surrounded by your adorable fur babies—whether snuggling, grooming, or sneakily sharing some belly rubs (and yes, maybe a few treats 🤫). This year, we had the honor of caring for over 64 amazing pets—providing love, life-saving medications, and plenty of head scratches along the way. 💕

Thank you for trusting us with your little bundles of fluff, scales, and wagging tails. You’ve made our year brighter (and furrier), and we can’t wait to do it all again in 2025.

🐰✨ Happy Sunday, everyone! Exciting news—I’m kicking off a new series of educational videos about exotic animals, and here’s our very first one! Today we had the pleasure of grooming a gorgeous long-haired lop rabbit, who came in with some serious matting, especially under her chin. She had “chain matting” around her neck, which limited her movement and caused discomfort. But after a grooming session, she’s feeling much better, happy, and relaxed!Remember, regular brushing and grooming are essential to your pet’s health and comfort. If you’re feeling overwhelmed with your pet’s grooming needs, we’re here to help! Just give us a call. 💇‍♀️🐾

Did a groom on an American Fuzzy Lop today that’s going up for adoption with Palm Beach Parrot & Bird Rescue/Sanctuary Of South Florida. It’s hard to believe all this came off of such a small animal! When it comes to grooming small exotics, it’s extremely important to maintain,not only is it uncomfortable but it can be extremely detrimental to their health and eventually lead to death. Rabbits and Guinea Pigs do not have the ability to vomit or burp, that’s why it’s so important to maintain their grooming as they can easily perish from blockages such as hair and other foreign materials. Give us a call today for a summer clean up that’s camera worthy! ❤️
