We train with a “family first” mentality which means we understand that in order to successfully train a dog, we must train the handlers on how to be the best owner for their dog. We operate through all 4 quadrants of operant conditioning. * Please note that all sessions will most likely be in the evenings (unless told otherwise) as our head trainer is active duty and gets off late.

Our head trainer, Jay, is active-duty military as a mine detection dog handler. He graduated from engineer mine detection dog course as #1 in his class. Jay has attended the Deadpool Decoy Seminar. He is a training director for OWDC which is a successful working dog club here in Waynesville, Missouri. Jay has worked with numerous trainers out here in MO! Jay is a current member of PSA where he competes with his dog. He has plenty of hands-on experience working both with pet dogs and working dogs. He constantly keeps himself up to date on new training methods! Jay is a balanced trainer who uses multiple tools and techniques and can make dogs complete all tasks with heart & soul.
