Hope everyone survived the ice storm and managed to stay safe and warm. We are currently working to make up lost time this past week. We are very grateful for everyone's patience and understanding!

2023 was quite an inaugural year for Vetama. We loved revolutionizing the veterinary space in
Salem by providing quality veterinary care right in your home. We also valued developing
meaningful relationships with you and your pets.
While we challenged ourselves with constant innovation to ensure your experiences and
outcomes were optimized, there were times that we fell short of our goals to be punctual, always
having the right inventory and equipment, and being acutely responsive in our communication to
you. We appreciate your grace with us, and rest assured, we are constantly working on
improving our processes so you get the service you deserve.

In 2024 we look forward to continuing to optimize our processes, developing our client
relationships and providing more individualized medicine, and working towards opening a
surgical center.
